Would stop wasting your time with Kurt's nonsense and worry about well centered cards with no chunks out of the surface...quick wipe with a microfiber cloth...and you're all set
Nearly every one of those cards you showed at the start are clearly off centered. I guess when you're just gonna use the juice you don't even bother to look at centering.
