They had a lots of problems on Thursday so I just tried to pick up every working loco over the time I was there Jeff. Well Jamie you did it last year and its a good long drive for you, I had a very good time apart from getting very wet as I didn't take a coat as the weather forecast was no rain, plus camcorder problems at times. I'm thinking of going to the GWSR gala, but I will come to next years Swanage gala. Cheers Mike.

Yeah Ben it was a great gala, the DBSO waiting at that signal had nothing to do with the fire. I think the signalman was have problems with the signal. Have a good relaxing break Ben. ATB Mike.
Great video and nice to see such a vast variety of traction, notice the idiots are still visiting though hanging out of any available space, time the heritage sector discouraged this behaviour..
Oh lord, you're not advocating windows you can't open and hi viz jacketed goons to maintain order like on mainline charters are you? Should heritage lines become a Health & Safety police state as well, with every suggestion of showing any kind of enjoyment squeezed out?
Allan a lot of people like to put there heads out of the windows and why not as the train is only doing 25 mph. If H&S stopped people doing it that would be the end for these railways. Surly Allan you don't what that, and thank you for the comment on my filming.
I still think they should get a bridge put back in place and get track back through the tunnel …. It would be so good if it was possible to get the line rebuilt up to at Lindley Halt and maybe even to Coalport. Sod the golf course it would be easy enough to drive a track back through the middle of it… bloidy golf!! Lol 😂

That was the second visit of a HST on that line.

No, I was told someone threw a cigarette out of a window, but as there was more than one fire I don't think so.
