      Also, one more thing. China and India has massive manufacturing sectors serving the whole world. So a bit high per capita emission is possible (we're counting local population but the products of the emission is used by whole world). But what about USA? What are they doing to get so much emission? The only thing they export is dollar and weapons

    • @tstcikhthys
      @tstcikhthys 2 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      That's because that's how it should be looked at. It's frankly pathetic how so many Indians are concerned about optics rather than reality. The environment doesn't care about how much carbon is being emitted _per person,_ it cares about _total cumulative_ carbon emissions. India is the third largest polluter in absolute terms, which are the terms that matter in this context. Putting forth childish arguments about "well, you used coal and oil for so long, so I'm going to do it too" or "well, your per capita emissions are far higher than mine" are exactly how the world isn't going to reach the 1.5 °C goal.

    Anything bad happens in India it is because of Ambani and Adani. If there's some development in India nobody gives them the credit. Everybody is talking and commenting that Ambani has destroyed and looted the country but nobody gives him the credit of giving India the internet revolution. India has changed for better drastically in last 5 years just because of Jio don't forget that. Adani has contributed a lot in increasing India's exports by proposing SEZs. We look forward to people like Mark Zuckerberg, Bill Gates and Jeff Bezos but when it comes to Ambani, Adani and other Indian businesses tycoons we consider them as evil. Why??

They're the ones who are giving jobs to millions of youths in the country, not everyone has a govt. job. Moreover instead of hating them, try starting your own venture, even Dhirubhai Ambani (Mukesh and Anil ambani's father) was a newspaper boy. So change this mentality of always getting employed and try to be an employer instead. That's the reason why shows like Shark Tank India are being pumped up.
