  • Here is an edit of my 2 up roadtrip across the southern part of Norway with my girlfriend. We started in Moss, taking the ferry across to Horten. From there to Arendal before riding up to our camp in Evje. The second day we drove over "Frafjordheiane" but unfortunately it started to pour down and the temperature fell down to 11°C, and on top of that my gf intercom stopped working due to the heavy rain. A miserable ride to our hotel in Stavanger. Got to relax there for the whole next day, before we rode in sunshine to Kristiansand and then home to Moss.
    Bike: Yamaha MT-07 2019 Ice Fluo
    Exhaust: Arrow Black Thunder (Low mounted/w dB killer in)
    Bags: SW-Motech blaze bags, and Yamaha's top box
    Camera: Gopro Hero 6/w ND8 filter

    cant wait til the weather becomes better and i can take my baby for the first bigger ride :)
    PS: I do also own the blaze bags and i just LOVE them! :D u can pack as much stuff as u want into them and these things still are stable asf :) i even dont really recognize em while driving ^^

      Thank you! I loved my 07 too, but I crashed a few weeks ago and my bike got written off :/ It was my dreambike and with the Arrow exhaust I had on it, it was just mental. And yeah the Blaze bags are just perfect.

    Brother, I love what you 2 did. Me and my GF love 07 and wanna go long distances. Please tell me did she feel uncomfortable sitting on those straps from the side cases?

      Thanks! We had a lot of fun on the trip together and it wasnt too bad for her. I had gel in the passenger seat which also helped. Only downside with the straps going over the passenger seat is that it's very slippery. I had to cut and glue pieces from a rubber hose on the seat so she wouldn't slide forward every time I braked.

    Hi, actually I’m planning to owe new MT-07 which I’ve heard good reviews at best price in Norway. But, during winter like snowfalls, is it safe to ride on this season for daily riding at that time? I can’t wait to arrive there.

      The MT-07 is a great bike! Would recommend everyone to try it out.
      I personally never ride during winter cause of icy roads but I have seen people do it. Usually not with big bikes but with motocross bikes with studs on them.

      I think good tires is key for confidence on the bike.

      If you weigh over 180lbs you should adjust the suspension. Watch Dave Moss in youtube about the MT07 suspension problems.

    Very nice! The bike it's good to ride with passenger? Or you feel it very heavy?

    • @Slowshift
      @Slowshift  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Felt perfectly fine with a good passenger. With all the bags, the top box, and a passenger it felt really nice on the road even tho we rode alot in the rain. Was suprisingly well planted on the road.

      @@MrRui33333 I agree on that. But why buy a Tracer if you want a daily hooligan bike that you can take long trips with?😉
