Another great home. ..love the layout of this one. .open concept but also designated rooms. ..the loft is great for homework area for kids. .the fireplace upstairs was a nice touch. ..downstairs nice big sheltered deck with gas grill. .thats a big plus for vegas which I'm sure you know being a chef in the summer heat you don't want to heat up the kitchen. ..and I did notice that this house had a much bigger lot size. .the backyard had enough space for a pool plus garden or pet /kids area. ..when first going in this home I thought it was going to be a more industrial look. .but it warmed up to be very homey. .also the floating staircase gave the entrance a nice clean dramatic look I rate this house a nice 8..

The 4” trim to windows and door are indeed nice BUT, they may used foam as the decor with a 1/8” stucco. Best way is to have solid wood and place a lath. Then begin the scratch coat, brown coat and your 1/8” stucco.
Its a decent home... but it is small...and the price tag is pretty steep. That kitchen was pretty nice and the dining area is okay... but everything else is as you say, "small". On that balconey on the second floor... I would put the fireplace on the other railing instead of where it is, because if you're sitting and you want to enjoy the view, the fireplace is in the way - if it was on the other railing, the onlyu view you're blocking is the neighbor's house. I am always a guy with vision on owning my own house someday but am not a person who's gonna buy a house I want to build my own house and your videos inspired me alot but the part that stress me out is decorating it where I live I don't think the persons here have the vision or capable of doing something like the houses you showcase so I always watch your videos for ideas but I want my house to have that beauty and quality has these houses I need help any body

The outdoor living area is nice also, big yard and definitely will need a pool. Kind of disappointed about the laundry room, but the rest of the upstairs is very nice. The master suite is nice also. BTW, LV's starter price will always be better than where I am from. Just saying.

No it does not include anything. Some builders you will have to pay for the lot, SID's & LID's, Structure, and other hidden fees that come with buying a new home in Vegas. Thats why its best to hire an agent that specializes in new homes.

It is good but have some flaws. No sink in laundry? Too tight rooms for that price. I saw better with that price range. No pool too. What I like about this home is that it does not have too many wings just like the others. It gives me a puzzle maze vibe but it may be the trend there. Imagine having a guest and giving a direction to go in a specific part of the home. Great tour again and in a matter of 2 weeks as subscriber, I have learn a lot from you and in commentary section. The layout on this house is one my least favorite. I agree starter house not starter budget. Seems fine at 300k but almost pushing 500k, crazy they sold 50 + lots that fast when so much better homes out there.
Nice home, but there are definitely some flies bitting at my toes, like that backsplash in the kitchen talk about hard to clean, you can put some bleach and water in a spray bottle and use a brush on it, but who want to do that every time when you can have a backsplash you just wipe and go, this is modern day not slavery time. The laundry room is not big enough to cuss a cat, let a do some laundry. For the price there are asking for the house give me some waterworks in my back yard. I should not have to pay extra, stop with all the fireplaces in the hot desert, it looks great but its not needed, give me the pool, even if it’s just a wade pool. I don’t even need a side courtyard to sit, just for the neighborhoods to look out there window and view me as their TV, no thank U, just give me a wade pool instead. Why can’t these builders understand you don’t need a fireplace in the desert, but if they give me one give the small wade pool too so I can cool off from the damn oven hot heat(from the desert heat of LAS & the fireplace).❤️😍😂😅😇😛😀👌
Roeder Rabaja I think its only fair if you compare houses intended for middle class. There's alot of villages popping up that look similar to this thats under 13 mil in the new subdivilliges. Comparing this middle class neighborhood to elite neighborhoods in the phil is not a fair comparison.

The prospective buyer needs to visualize living in that house that has the potential to be a “home”. Besides, the size or construction quality reflects the cost to build and the expected profit margin. So, if a room is small compared to a house that costs more and has bigger rooms, the comparison would be unfair to consider. Pay more, you get more. Pay less, you get less.
