- Hello my fellow Chairs, and welcome back to Mission Tree Only. This series we look at a nation's mission tree in its entirety without expanding outside of that mission tree. The point of this series is to make the nation look like how Paradox intended it to look.
Today we look at the nation of Muscovy/Russia as we attempt to complete their shared Mission Tree and establish ourselves as the TRUE Heirs to ROME!

Which Mission tree is your favorite?
Ming releasable (Yan is my fav) into Qing is ridiculously OP, you can stack up to 15% permanent all power cost… 35% w Golden Age and 100 Inno… truly glorious

Just a little thing, when you declared war on novgorod the first time you did not use conquest but re-conquest as casus belli, which made it so that you had to pay diplo points for each province except one (the one with the core) since all the others are claims (not cores). I think it would be better to do it the other way around where you declare war for your claims and then tank the 10+- diplo points for taking a core.

Ow come on! You can feed Finland every single province with a culture in Scandinavian culture group, which in turn Finland can potentially become a Empire-tier country & automatically accept EVERYONE in Scandinavia. But did You know the best part? You can enable the completion of the unique Finish mission tree as RUSSIA! well... Not directly, but still very cool
While that is true, for the sake of Mission Tree Only I typically annex everything like in my Provence run so the nation looks like how PDX intended it to look

@@user-Erimej In that video I enforced all the Unions and then at the end I ended up annexing all of them to show the absolute messy borders.

@@thechairmangames seems like Russia had a lot of cool late game flavor, like that table of ranks mechanic. The domination mission trees are just so in depth
You were kinda slow at the start pushing east and letting the TImurids grow, but you dealt with the Ottomans and Lithuania pretty fast.

As an opener I like to use the manpower agenda for the boyars to revoke the reform progress privilege day one
That is a great point, that reform progress privilege is hot garbage and needs to be gone immediately

If you were gonna swap to Russia anyways, you shoulda started as Novgorod
Novgorod I'm gonna cover later down the line because they have their own unique mission tree and forming Russia as Novgorod changes the Russian mission tree a bit to be more trade oriented
