I followed the video but I can't get it to fire it smells like it's flooding and plug is wet. Does carb need adjustment can you help please it's new

yes so i would turn the high screw all the way in just snug dont overtighten that will shut fuel off. hold throttle full open then pull till it fires that will dry the cylinder then go out 1 full turn and try again.

The broken spark plug is from when the guy threw the darned trimmer on the ground when it wouldn't start.
