Its Herald Kris singing the song, the little details people forget is that Jadus taught Kris and Dirk also. Its mentioned in Arrows Flight when Talia is talking to dirk and Kris. She pulls out My lady and Kris says that he had wondered who my lady went to after Jadus had died..

@sukamysia I'm pretty sure this song is sung by Herald Jadus talking to Talia. Herald Jadus is an old herald who lost his leg during the Tedril Wars, trying to save the king. He is mostly forgotten about in the Collegium until Talia finds him playing the lute My Lady (there's a song about her as well sung by Talia). Jadus ends up teaching Talia about music and she helps him to stop feeling lonely

It depends on the interpretation, in the appendix it says Kris and Talia, but some people believe it's about Jadus and Talia or some other characters. I personally thinks it's about Firestorm.

But I've always thought it was Jades
