How to Install a Chimney Cap | Adjustable | DIY $8

All you need to know for installing a chimney cap on top of a chimney flute. These caps are usually adjustable so it's quite simple to install one on almost any size chimney you have, just make sure you get one that can adjust to your dimensions. Mine is a 8x19 just so you know.
Screw in the bolts to fasten it firmly to the clay flute and your chimney cap is ready to go. This will stop water and rodents from entering the fireplace downstairs.
