More than that... obstructing a roadway... when it was obvious cars were travelling past without issue... evading police... when they told him to leave... and resisting arrest... when... well they never actually tried to arrest him till they got to his house. I don't see any legitimate accusations there. Whichever officer is writing these false allegations up, needs to be fired for lying on official documents.

I was arrested years ago for a crime that never even happened. I took a girl I knew to her house and she stole her dad's pickle jar of loose change. She was 17 and lived there. I was 19, never been there before, had no idea the money wasn't hers or that she was stealing it from her father. Dad found the jar was gone and knew she had to get a ride to carry it because it was a big jar. When she went home, cops asked her who gave her the ride and she gave them my name. I was charged with burglary of a residence and Grand theft. There was no burglary because I was invited into the house by a resident which is legal. There was no grand theft because it was only $126 in change which doesn't meet the threshold of grand theft of $300 and it wasn't me that stole it anyway and I didn't know she was stealing it. She told the police this, but the lead investigator just decided he didn't like me for no reason at all. I was only given $10 to pay for my gas to give her the ride. I had to wait in jail for 9 months to finally get a public defender, submit a motion to dismiss and have a hearing on it. Then it was continued for 1 more month because the DA wanted to "investigate" further to find out if that's what really happened. All charges were then dismissed with prejudice. The cop knew it would take that long. He was going to punish me for being with the victims daughter. Cops do that stuff all the time. Sometimes people will plead guilty because they'll get out of that Hell faster with probation. Yes, sometimes convicted felons really are innocent. What if I had a wife and kids?
And D.A.'s can do the same thing to former presidents and their supporters.

I lived there for a few years in the late 70's/early 80's. It was a very nice, very chill place then. Alabama is horrific. Louisiana probably is as well. The U.S. in total is horrific, best I can tell. Home of the free, my ass.

The Article 1 court system falls under the legislature branch that controls commerce. When you’re charged they are collecting money and creating bonds to sell on the open market because our bankrupt corporation isn’t allowed to print its own money. They are doing this for and under the legislation branch of government, not the judicial branch. There are no checks and balances in this system, just charges to collect $$$ and create bonds.

My superior attempted to force me to put my patient on the operating room table because the surgeon was losing his mind when he realized I had not yet done so. I had a damn good reason. This patient was scheduled to have a lung removed. During my interview with the patient, it became clear there were significant discrepancies as to which lung was to be removed. The patient seemed uncertain so I looked at the surgeons pre-op notes, then looked at the radiology report. One document said RIGHT lung, the other said LEFT. I stopped the train from leaving the station by informing my supervisor of the errors. Instead of being grateful I caught the potential wrong site surgery and a major malpractice lawsuit, I was told, "We pay a legion of lawyers to handle that". Corruption is everywhere

Here in Australia a guy walking home was misidentified as a suspect and assaulted by a police officer resulting in the victims skull being fractured requiring emergency surgery and when the video got out the public made complaints about the officers use of excessive force. 4 months later the police charged the victim with obstruction. Wtf has this world come to!

Right there the cop answered his own question. The gentleman observed what he believed to be an abandoned police vehicle and stopped the investigate and render aid in case the officer was having a medical emergency or mental breakdown. Given the behaviour of the officer I would say his instincts were spot on and the officers who arrived later where well aware the first office was mentally unstable and possibly a danger to his self, them and the public. Unordered to help defuse the situation they go along with the delusional officer in a classic back the blue anything goes and no lie is too big to protect the officer from being reasonable and add sitting he over reached.
