Absolutely brilliant idea. Are the videos of houses buyers want to preview, or just your listings? Love this idea, especially during this quarantine issue. But houses here are selling SO fast here currently. Multiple offers in minutes (actually days). Would love to do this. Thanks for sharing
Houses the buyers want to see. Luckily here we don’t have the buyer feeding frenzy I’m seeing in other cities. That would certainly make it harder if you have to see it the day it goes on the market.

They really are, especially when you factor in traffic, having to drag tired kids along with, planning to stop for lunch or bathroom breaks if you're going to be out for a while, etc...

Jacqueline Lovest I order them on amazon and have them delivered to their house. Are usually get a pair that’s in the $20-$30 price range. No, I do not collect them back at the end. If they buy a house that was a small investment on my part.

Karin, how has this been working in your market? I see that you have been posting some VR tours recently. Do you still make a VR tour of every home you list? What has been your feedback from potential buyers?
Buyers love them because they get to see the actual floor plan and what the house faces or backs up to. I don’t do them for every single listing but I do for most of them.

Hi Karin.. lovely video.. If I’m not mistaken you say you give the clients the vr googles to use them you send a link. How do you do it for clients that could be out of state or country?
If they are out of state I just order one on Amazon and have it shipped to their house. If they are out of the country the shipping is cost prohibitive so I just tell them to buy a pair locally if they really want the goggles. However the goggles are not required to view the videos. They’re just fun!
Awesome job Karin! I've been thinking of adding VR to my listings, specially to those homes were tenants don't want to allow agents to show the property.
I really love it. It has been so helpful for all my clients moving here from out of state. Even the local buyers love it because it's such a timesaver.

I'm am agent (in your challenge currently!) and am wondering what equipment is needed to do this? Do you do the 360° with an app on your phone or with a special camera? Thanks!
Yes, you need a 360 camera to take these spherical videos. Any one will do. I have a Xiaomi Mijia Sphere but there's the Insta360 and tons of others. You don't need a super expensive camera. Mine was around $200.
