Steve Stevens is perhaps one of the most underrated guitarists of all time. He has a pretty unique style that has been molded by dozens of other great guitarists. It's like Eddie VH, Clapton, Hendrix, Page and Michael Schenker went into him...
@@2204JCM TOTALLY. He deserves FAR more recognition. I remember when I first heard Rebel Yell. I blew me away. The energetic melodies are off the charts, in the lead, rythm parts, and, all of the fills. He is a master at those melodic fills!

I ❤ Steve Stevens I been a fan since the 80s ,he has inspired me to learn guitar finally at 59 .Thanks for sharing your talent all these years Steve 🙌🏼
That amp has a lot of midrange. The highs are not harsh, and the bottom-end is not boomy. You know it would sit perfectly in a mix. Sounds clear on those open chords. I like the idea of the colored knobs. Easy to see your settings on a darker stage during a gig.
Very cool! The blackface and multi-colored knobs give this amp a subtle touch that let's you know it's special and of the 80's! Steve Stevens is the man!
I just picked up this amp and it’s absolutely the very best amp I’ve ever played through. This amp is a gem ….. the best. Thank You Dave add Steve for the best amp ever.

SS...Kickin Butt..! Always has been my favorite..! He has what I call that early LA shredder sound..! Cheers from Newport Beach, CA. 🤙🏿🌊 we met at The Viper room back in the day 🙌🏿🍾🥂
Steve is such a mind blowing good player! I’ve purchased all the Idol records & played them to death. Whiplash smile is the best road trip album ever! 🤙🏽🤘🏽🤘🏽
Absolute Top 5 influence for me. The obvious Talent and Skill Set, but also the way a person carries them self reveals their character and I believe S.S. to be solid & intact. I'm Pasadena,CA. born and raised and Growing up in the 1970's & 80's there were a couple of guys from the neighborhood that did OK for themselves and everyone i or my 2 older brothers knew were pretty much Guitarist. Kids in Woodshop were making Guitars, it was something. In the mid-late '70's my older Brother and myself got a little bored with a lot of the Bands and the Jets, the Blow, the 20 minute syndrome. We got into Punk lol. and we ran with it.One of these Bands that i used to like was Generation X with a young Billy Idol. well that fizzled out quickly after a few and there was that MTV era. With a Rebel Yell , More More More. You made it Steve. V2 of one of the finest Amps on Planet Earth. BK Rebel Yell Pickups, Knaggs, Etc. You still got it SS. Good things do happen to good people. Karma. The Amp is Killer. I just love to watch you play. Guitarist watch other Guitarist. A Fisherman always sees another Fisherman or however it goes. Love the Pickup Lesson. Funny you demonstrated that as I'm in a pickup faze and Brian May is another Role Model lol and influence. Jimmy Page and the out of phase thing with those Bends, forget about it. \m/- Sorry, i felt......Nostalgic.
I was alway a fan of Billy Idol, but Steve is really the rock. Now that we get to see so many interviews etc, he's not only one of my favorite players who innovated immensely, but also one of the coolest guys in all rockdom. There's something new I discover about him all the time, almost like every other day, and fanfare from me just continues to grow. This guy has really pushed the envelope with his use of creatively implemented, cutting edge effects... But the skills to back that up in multiple ways, with the effects off ass well. In a world of possible 5 star ratings, the Stevens easily deserves 1000.
Sweet! Those PUps must be wound up in JB territory. The clean channel sounded kinda like the Kermit green pedal we all know and love. Big fan of Steve and his down to earth swagger.
Sounds great on the lower gain settings. I haven't heard a Friedman amp I didn't like yet, the guys's just got the best ears ever when it comes to guitar tone. I think that having a Friedman and a Soldano will cover every Rock Style from the 70's to the 00's. It just doesn't get any better than this
The sound is truly jaw dropping on all levels! Are we hearing a mic’d V30 cabinet or an IR? What about the FX? Is that a DAW delay or reverb added after or pedals? That distorted tone is insane! Thx Dave & Steve!
What a killer amp. That Knaggs guitar is top-shelf cool too. I'm really considering this amp, has a more biting tone as compared to the BE-100 Deluxe. Exactly what I want.
Yeah, that's a great amp man and Steve Stevens is crazy talented! Congrats!!!
And a cool person too.

Whiplash Smile is a gem. Never saw SS play with Idol, but I saw him with Vince Neil in August '93. Opening act for Van Halen!
WOW!! That sounds amazing!
We love ya Steve lay off the marlboros
Any amp with more than 4 knobs in a live context does do well with different colored knobs. I did that to my Bogner XTC.
So excited for this new amp! Sounds amazing
