Wow, you never heard of george michael before? He’s sold over 115, million records worldwide. He was the first white male to win R&B album of the year and singer of the year at American music awards. First guy to duet with Aretha Franklin that launched her to her 1st and only number one in the UK. Still holds the record for the youngest recipient of the Iver Novello Song writing award for a song he wrote when he was 17. In the UK he is considered one of their greatest artist of all time and sits right up there with Lennon and McCartney for songwriting. He was in Wham! Which is the first group that ever played in Communist China. This man has a lot of firsts. He was the most amazing beautiful pitch perfect voice. Never lip-synch, never had somebody produces music for him, never had somebody write his music. This man was a true artist.

George is an amazing singer/songwriter. I refuse to put him in the past tense no matter what. He is my idol. Whitney is a goddess as well. This song is fantastic. I keep those wonderful artists alive as much as I can. This video keeps me going - two absolute legends of music right here.

Omgoodness, you have a lot of catching up to do if you are new to George Michael . George had a lot of commercial success of course but you really need to get into his songs on his albums that were never released as singles , you really will not find a bad song from him and the greatest thing is, even if you watch a live performance from him, George sounded better live most of the time . George and Whitney were both wonderful artists that we unfortunately lost too soon and a fun little fact for you about this video shoot ... in an interview shortly after this song and video were released George said " Whitney almost made me ungay and Whitney said in turn " I ungayed you the moment you saw me " George and Whitney would be good friends until her unfortunate death .
