I flew for United for 34 years. This is one of the routes that I would fly. Flying the B-757 & 767 was a real pleasure. Retired now, but not because I wanted to.
Took nearly full throttle and flaps to get that heavy bird airborne. Had to push it since Boston doesn't have the longest runways. Somewhat long takeoff roll from 10,000 foot 22L.

agree does it take a 757 at MTW 10 000 feet surly not, given most have RB 211s
This didn't need that much, more like 6000-some feet. About 36-37 seconds from maxing thrust to liftoff.
Also, this appears to be 33L, not 22L, same length though.

Both, interestingly. For the first drink service they gave me a cup of ginger ale, while for the second they gave me the whole can.
