- In this video, I bring you to work with me at Ulta Beauty! We moved store locations so there was a lot of work to do packing up the old store and moving into the new one. I stocked shelves, put tester stickers on products, and unpackaged products to be testers. I also played with some makeup and swatched so many testers. I love working at Ulta and helping our customers; it's so fun!

I have an interview tomorrow! I’m nervous because I’ve seen so many people say they hated working at ulta and the pay. But I’m going to see how it goes

Can anyone work at Ulta ? I’m not a makeup artist or in the beauty industry.
@@subboxjunkie8298 anyone can work at ulta, and its ok if your not a makeup artist, when your positioned as beauty advisor your mainly just going to be organizing products and helping customers that need to find they’re shade, or need help finding whatever they’re looking for
but I say it is advised that you have some sort of knowledge or experience with certain brands just so its easier to help them out but No, you don’t need to be Top expert in fact you’ll keep learning more about makeup and skincare working at ulta so don’t worry💕

Is it a requirement as an employee that you HAVE to swatch the testers on yourself for customers? I want to work there but the testers gross me out
It’s encouraged. We had an urban decay person come in and they just grabbed arms and swatched people. Depends on who you work with I think though. Just make sure you sanitize them. If the tester is gross they’re supposed to replace them.
