There are so many disadvantages coming with this: it doesn't look good, it smells bad, I don't have any cleaned dishes left... A friend of me once said "If it takes longer than 3 minutes, leave it for later. If not, then do it NOW" and this changed my attitude towards many things

After watching this video, I searched for "quick and easy workouts", found a 5 min workout and just did it. I know, it's a teeny tiny step, but you inspired me to do that 🌻
I feel this so much. I’m a mom to three kids under the age of four. And for context, before having kids I was an avid gym goer; six times a week for over an hour. After finding out I was pregnant, I did try to keep working out in moderation but I was like Pac-Man, just hungry all the time and I gained a lot of weight. Fast forward to now, and I’m on my weight loss journey to shed the baby pounds I accumulated over four years. So far I’m down 45lbs, but the most interesting thing that I have found is that instead of people being happy for me, it’s like they more so question my insanity and say things like “well isn’t that a waste of time?”. Of course I am busy with three kids, so in order to make time for my work outs and stretching, I have to stay on top of the house chores; I’m a SAHM. Dishes are always done, laundry I keep up to par and I make sure the house is tidy. And then the moment I have some spare time because the kids are preoccupied with a show? Boom, I smash my work out in the kitchen and get it done for the day. Is it hard? Sure, but when you say if you take the “easy” way and it becomes so much harder, is completely true. If I chose to relax, scroll on my phone more, then I would be completely miserable and with a house that is disorganized and not feeling good about myself from doing “easy” things. At the end of the day, when the kids are in bed, I’ve done my nightly stretch and the house is completely organized, yes I am tired, but it’s a good tired. The kind where I crawl into bed feeling satisfied and knowing I will get a good nights sleep. Love your videos and can’t wait to follow you in the next work out!❤

He has his peace, I respect him, his belly is full and his balls are empty; let it be said that the devils tango is one heck of a cardio work out and you can burn quite a bit of calories 😜

that's so real. Working out or running first thing feels great but then I gotta jump in the shower so i can do the rest of the day andddd that's not fun. Worth it tho for sure. Maybe set yourself a time each day? Once you've finished the workout tell yourself that you'll be out of the shower and doing ____ by whatever time. Might help with that motivation and self reward of completing the goal!

For me is hard to do easy things. Like watch my favorite series or eat "bad" Because my Mom raised me obsessed with productivity (don't rest, clean, study, do anything) and that if I ate a cookie I would become obese.
