Menstural cups made me cry too the first time, but it is the best thing ever! You need to get past the learning curve and it's the most amazing thing ever. You don't even feel it, it's so easy. On super heavy days you should wear a pad as backup ( also to see how much your cup can hold) and then you know how much it can take.

Women please please try and use a menstrual cup. It has changed my life, saved me sooooo much money, made my menstrual cycle so much more comfortable. Try it out on a day when you are at home all day, just to understand how it works

It reminded me of this one time when i was in school and i stained by skirt and didn't about it. And it was the last period of the school that day so i get up from my chair to leave and i hear boys laughing and whispering and pointing fingers at me (my skirt) and it took me a while to realise what was going on and then after i did, I just covered it with my school bag and walked away. I rememeber being so ashamed to go back to school next day and face them cause these were my classmates and my friends too its just that they were young and stupid and did'nt know how to handle such situations and acted like every dumb teenage boys who finds everything that happens to their friends funny for some reason.

Also girlies try using menstrual cups. It’s life changing I promise. It takes some time to get used to it but once you get used to it you can never go back to pads or cups!!
Can you please tell me what sanitary pads you guys use to not get rashes?
For me it's sofy like i used to get rashes from other ones but I don't get it from the sofy pads ig you should try it once too:)
