- Want to start racing and have a race engine at a fraction of the price as a reed engine?? Consider a Bartolone Racing Piston Port on your new stock 32cc engine. I tested this at the MOD Final Championship Race in Bakersfield, CA at Good Ol Boyz raceway and the MOD season 2021 open. I confirmed that I was able to not only keep up!! but also pass guys running a racing reed engine. The piston port is a fast competitive race engine. RC Randy Coleman also runs the piston port and wins.
Contact Chris Bartolone for pricing and details!
Thats a Crispy running engine. Great work 🤙🏼
Thanks Bud 😎👊
My bud got his truck tuned from Mr. Bartolone himself. Lucky guy! Now get out there and bring home some trophies.
Yes I would like to get one but for my 5b drag
Nice rig man I’m sure it’s gonna do well with that man working on it. 🤙🏽

Nice, it’s really cool to see how well Chris knows 5th scale engines. I come from nitro and those things can be a pain to tune sometimes, but I have heard that 5th scales are really easy to tune. From your experience how easy are that to tune? With nitro, the more power your making the more fineky the engine is, is that also true with 5th scale?? Also what is the average running cost of a 5th scale, I can save up for one but I don’t know if I will be able to keep up with the price of parts, gas, oils, upgrades for the track. Thanks man, great video!!
In my honest opinion, nitro is easier to tune, it shows it a lot better, if it’s lean you will right off the bat get a bog, and the more aggressive the porting is the more finicky the tune will be
Also the 5t is pretty much the most durable you can get, I haven’t broken any parts lately, I just need to learn the tuning, the engines also last longer
I put a steel clutch with a 9 k spring I’m not sure if should keep the 9 k spring or put back in the 8k can u please tell me what the difference is please
What is a good spur gear to run on a stock g320 trying to get more top end speed
I was going to buy a 56t with a 20t pinion
If your racing, run a 19t. If it’s a very tight track 18t. If wide open long straights run a 21t. I recommend getting all 3 with inserts. 20t is stock
@@largescalercnation yea my gears are stock 20/and a 90 I think I have a losi 2.0 5t what pinion gears do u recommend… we don’t have no track here in Chicago I was just looking to make it quicker and to beat my dad. Lol he has a stock 5t 2.0 as well
Mostly wide open long straight runs at the park if I go 21t pinion what spur gear do u recommend

Im wondering what’s the difference between piston port and reed, I am stuck between these 2 engines Bartalone 32 piston port or OBR 34 reed both are zenoah
I’ll make a vid explaining both. Mostly, different powerbands
@@largescalercnation thanks man, can’t wait!
@@largescalercnation Looking forward to this video!!
