I still do this method - for me it’s more effective on pre poo day when leave my pre poo in overnight and wash it out by morning. I use queen Helene cholesterol on my strands and sulfur 8 shampoo on my scalp these two are my pre poos 😊

I have grey 4C hair and use the greenhouse treatment or baggy method. I try to do it once and every two weeks. Its great, for my hair- I do mine overnight wearing a woolly hat- it deep conditions with amazing results for up to 1.5 weeks with no need to re moisture again in the week! Yes my sis..gwan and its great to see another SDA sis doing her thing on YT. What a wonderful blessing, this is a lovely ministry. God bless you and your tribe hun 😘

Man oh man you make me wanna go back to my braids. I love the braid up but dislike the take😢 down, twists are more easier and quicker for me but I DO MISS MY BRAIDS

This video was right on time. I did this method before my hair became low porosity... Thank you

This might be a dumb question, but did you do the greenhouse effect on clean hair?

This particular time was a few days post wash

If it works for you great, just be careful, because the scalp does not like to be wet (would you wrap your arm in a bag and keep it wet for five hours?) and you can promote yeast and mold growth instead of hair growth.
As far as grease goes, "nature's blessings" is one I have seen be highly recommended.

very important advise here. I have found that if I do this too often, it can be a problem. however as a once in a while treatment for that extra moisture, all I have seen so far are great results!🙌🏾
