  • The baggy method can be defined as moisturizing the whole head or just partial ie the ends of your hair by using moisturizer/conditioner and your body heat. The baggy method has many benefits. It can reduce dryness which leads to less breakage, single strand knots, and breakage. It can also promote hair growth. This is because the heat you will produce from the plastic cap over your head will increase blood flow to the scalp. Subsequently, you will see more scalp stimulation, hair growth, and overall scalp health.
The Greenhouse Effect or GHE can be defined as infusing moisture in your hair using your natural oils from your scalp (sebum) or other natural oils and the heat generated from your scalp. Some of the benefits of the GHE method are increased sebum production, increased blood flow, detox the scalp, and retaining moisture. I use this method in the video because it allows me to keep my hair mostly dry/damp while the cap is on my head overnight. This allows me to have more versatility with my hairstyles the next day or throughout the week.
I hope you guys enjoy the video, let me know if t works for you!!

I do the baggy method 1-2 times a week. I moisturize then put a plastic cap over my head then workout in which I get a lot of natural steam and moisture. I remove the cap when I'm done and let it air dry in a protective style. The only advice I would give is pay attention to your ends. A trim is needed to prevent ends splitting up the hair shaft and reducing those fairy knots that you have.

I really like the fact that you keep things simple and yet it works because I also don't like to do much. Your hair is healty and I can see your progress on your channel. I reallyappreciate your effort to post videos more often now, they are helpful. 😊

Hello! My 10 year old daughter has hair that I really struggle with. Her hair type seems similar to yours so I'm folllowing your videos. Do you have a video on how you blow dry your hair? How often do you blow dry? Thank you!!!

Love aloe. I was going to combine it, it was filmed many weeks apart so I just made it two separate videos.

@@KayDeeTV Yes... You said on IG that you'd combine them. I was expecting for this post to be the whole thing. I only realized by the end that it is going to be separated. I'm looking forward to watch part 2.
