the green card is a work visa and not a pathway to a Japanese passport. The Japanese passport is only issued to Japanese nationals - at least one parent must be Japanese.
@@stopato5772 That is not true, I have a Japanese passport and non of my parents are Japanese. There are certain requirement you will need to meet though.
@@sreehariharan5623 The basic requirements are, living in Japan continuously for atleast ５years, have a good means of income (pay your taxes and pension), no criminal record and you need to be able to read and communication in japanese (at least a third grade level of an elementary school student). Note: You can't have a dual citizenship in Japan, so be ready to forfeit your current citizenship.
Hi thanks for your comment. As I said in my video, Japanese government is not selling the green card. So there is no price. You have the high professional skills, you can apply for the high skilled visa. Or you can build your own business (such as IT, real estate, restaurants, trade etc) first, you can apply for the business manager visa and then it will lead you into the green card. That said, in terms of the real estate start up, you have to invest min 5 mil yen to apply the certain type of visa. If you manage to get the green card, your spouse and families can also get the visa to stay in Japan.
