- I've been waiting for this one...
The first Koumajou Densetsu was a magnificent game. Great music, great art, tight controls, good level design...murderously difficult... Everything you'd want from a doujin game, in other words.
So far, I'm impressed with this one as well. At the time that I'm writing this, I've gotten to stage 3, but have not cleared it. As such, the uploads for this run will be intermittent: I'll record as I play and upload once I've got a win, no matter how close I scrape by. I'm not trying to impress anyone - this isn't going to be a no-deaths run, it won't be flashy, it won't be practiced, it won't, in all likelihood, be all that good. But what the hell, you don't have to watch it if you don't want to.
English support has been promised on this game, but it's not there yet, and I'm not planning to record another run once it comes out. We'll just have to deal with the Japanese for now.

Beat the game and you will see graphics. On 7 stage there is wonderful cherry blossom concept. Cherry blossoms are everywhere, they are even hiding your character.In 8 stage there is beautiful moon. First stage isn't so beautiful ;)
Stopping time is good against bosses to but you must use it when, for example they are not shooting, just standing. At the final boss ... a girl/woman :D... it will be very useful.

Many thanks for the tips. Don't know the system requirements, actually. My 3.2 GHz machine runs it perfectly, even with Fraps capturing along the way. Then again, it would really surprise me if this monster had problems with a doujin game.
And yeah, I'm really on the ball this time. Might as well see if I can stir up some interest while copies of the game are still fairly common, you know? The shelf life of doujinsoft is...pretty poor, and I'd like to see Frontier Aja do well.

@darucha17 I defeated this game on easy, 2 or 3 in normal.
At stage 7, boss is very strong.
Last to fight against boss is like in 7 stage or maybe stronger. Last but one 2 fights are very easy.
Oh do you know minimal requirements for this game. I heard about 3 Ghz, but I'm running it on 1.6 and it's works pretty good?

Frontier Aja released an official one quite a while back. Heck, I played this game over again in English once it came out.

They actually _did_ patch in an official English script eventually, though it took some fiddling to get it to work. I think you can still get the patch files from Frontier Aja's site, though the links may well be broken at this point...FA's been silent for several years now.
