@Bob & Brad Hi! Love your videos, they already helped me a lot when I had another issue last year. You guys are amazing! Really helps that you're so funny too and keep this light-hearted for all of is that are in physical pain. ❤
The other I thought I sprained an ankle. No fractures. But I think my ankle is actually okay. And that instead I hurt maybe extensor digitorum brevis and lower extensor retinalcum. (Just googled what's in that area where it hurts.) My swelling and pain are on the top to the outside part of my foot and when I push my toes towards me, they're okay, no issues, but when I gently push them down, the 2 toes next to the big one (just those 2) hurt and are tense. Do you have a video for that kind of injury? Any advice? My doctor wasn't helpful at all. Only told me there were no fractures and didn't even tell me what it was. Also, I only had X-rays done and the examination was 3 quick pinch/touches around my ankle. Help? 🙏

Thanks for this video. I went on your amazon favorites and found the band but I was wondering which resistance I should start with. I have an ankle sprain and starting therapy at home this week :)

Thank you so much!! I sure hope this works! I just got my stitches out of my ankle today. I'm afraid I'm one of those ppl that's developed a habit of walking incorrectly due to having a limp over the years.

Thanks for the great advice Bob and Brad! With a recent mild sprain (after a fracture and losing an ankle ligament in an injury 2 years ago which leaves the ankle vulnerable) I started your range of movement (sitting) exercises at day 6 after my new injury swelling had resolved and am starting the standing exercises and trying to walking normally on the flat in a good brace at day 10. It feels great to move little again ♡

Thank you for being so generous & sharing your knowledge with us. I'm recovering from a Trimalleolar Fracture & can't afford therapy. I look forward to walking again. Bless you.

Hang in there! It gets better, slowly but surely.
My surgeon agrees that doing this in-home Physical Therapy is better than being exposed to COVID by going for PT in the office. Healing thoughts being sent your way! ♥️

I had a bad experience doing exercises off the internet for my sprained ankle. It got much worse and had to take a lot more rest before i started rehab again. Maybe its better to visit an expert first for a clinical examination before starting rehab.
That being said this is an excellent guide for what to do and how to go about it.
