Freeform Natural Dreadlock Journey with Straight Hair: Month 1 to 3

Hey friends,
I'm feeling blessed to share with you my Organic Dreadlock Journey. I already started 2 sets of dreads but only had them for a week or so. Once with towel rub method and one time with the crochet hook method.
With both i did not feel comfortable with the process, with the look and it just didn't feel right to me spiritually. After this experience and combing my hair out for 8 hours straight…I thought i will never get the dreads i really want and feel authentic with. I put my then dream to the side.
After years of this strong inner desire to have Locs, i finally decided to just to do it...FREEFORM ....and i have to say... i am Loving every single Day of it.
My hair changes constantly and every day i feel more connected to it and more confident in my presence.
I did A LOT of research(I am a perfectionist, which makes Freeform a crazy challenge) and learned a lot about Dreadlocks in the last years, specially for Straight Hair!

I like how God gave everyone the "ability" to lock their hair by just leaving it alone and only washing it whenever necessary 😂😅😊

i stopped brushing my hair more than 4 months ago, i only wash my hair with bentonite or kaolin clay, i'll frequently just soak my hair with cold water if it's not a wash day, locking is slow but sure and love the way my hair is transforming, I have 8 locks tightening to my scalp and tons more baby locks
