These exercises worked splendidly for me when I weighed 240 pounds and went to the gym my first time. I'm 193cm tall, which I think is.. uhm, like 7ft(?) but 240 pounds still meant that I had a little cushion on my stomach - still I managed to do most of these exercises and with time I could do them all. Today, these are still good exercises but I do them more advanced (see his video for 44 best exercises).
You are a true inspiration. IMO your channel is the best exercise demonstration there is on TH-cam. People hugely underestimate the power of bodyweight training. Thank you.

Thank you for this. Been looking for some body weight exercises to replace the weight training I usually do now that I don't have weights to train with anymore
Bodyweight master you are. I use some of these exercises to train my boot camp clients. I didn't know the names of some of them tho. You just sparked more ideas! Thanks!
Thank you for the kind words, Sir. A balanced program incorporates both weight training and bodyweight exercises. I am developing a manual that will show you exactly how I put my program together. It's going to be amazing! Stay connected and I will make sure you all get it!
Great stuff I have just sent this to my brothers who are all sedentary workers {journalists actually} and want to get fit but complain of no time , too tired etc. I spent my time in the Aussie Special Forces, doing lots of these and your advanced ones, great work TeeMajor , more of the same please cheers from Perth OZ
I wanna thank you for your fitness videos, not only have they motivated/inspired me to change my fitness lifestyle, they have given me the mental and physical edge need to perform my duties to the fullest. #USMC #NYPD

Hi! You are inspiring me with many exercises, which I can do it. Thank you very much for all your videos. I send greetings from Czech Republic! And respect for you. ;-)
This is fantastic; thanks for putting this together! I'm just guessing here but is the intent of the order of the exercises such that they progress in difficulty the further along they are in the video?
Good stuff - excellent example of a how beginners can apply an effective calisthenics program. I am a huge advocate of the use of calisthenics and unilateral bodyweight training. I watched your advanced video, very impressive stuff and excellent conditioning bro! I take it you were a military man? That tent looks similar to the Yanks set up in Leatherneck...

Dear TeeMajorFitness your awesome and your body weight workouts really motivated me when I was depressed and I will be following you and your advice I just got 1 question I can see that you got pretty good strength and size do these and the advanced video that you have give you size and strength or do you need to add weight to the body weight workouts? Love from Azerbaijan!
This video is awesome like the other video....Just wondering what the music is to both videos? How do you get such good bounce with your push-ups im guessing core (duh) and reflex muscles?
Correct Sir. These exercises, although some may be difficult, will progress you in the direction of being able to complete the "44 Best Bodyweight Exercises Ever!"
Close grip push-ups are hard as heel in the beginning. I couldn't even do one when I started, but after a while I started doing 5 at a time and now 10 or more
ya ino thanks its starting to work using rubber band for assistance i cud only do 1 wide grip pull up without band now i can do 5 slowly progressing :)
That is what I call a great physique. I much prefer a physique like that as opposed to an overly bulked body from say body building. I find what you do extremely practical.
And is there an intermediate version coming? + the transition from hanging leg raises to levers is quite hard isn't it..? Especially to call that a beginner exercise! Keep up the good work!
Hello TeeMajorFitness, I was wondering if you could tell us an aproximate date for the release of your manual. I'm a teenager starting to get a little concerned about his own health, and I really need some programms to start developping my body, thank you for your time. Regards from Portugal

Could you put a plan together? Showing each excersize is great but how many reps and sets should i be doing? its like a shot in the dark i don't want over or under work haha
Hey Maj. Tee, What's your thoughts on the proper push up form? I got critiqued about my push up form at the gym and what I was doing was putting my elbows too far out causing something called shoulder arc. Your thoughts?

What is the name of the songs played in the video, they are great for training!
So how many of these should I do. Or how long for some? Just go as many as I can on each one or..?
what was the song that was playing during the examples of the exercises?
This is awesome, you only use your body weight. But what should you do if you are underweight?
is there a list of these somewhere?
wide grip pull ups for beginners they are very hard dh is there any gud exercises that will help me build strength to do them?
