Th is guy said that Oswald never succeeded at anything he did. Let's look at Oswald's record. He joined the Marines at the young age of 17 and made it through boot camp, when many applicants don't make it. He decided that he wanted to join the air wing of the Corp, and became a air traffic and radar specialist, a job reserved for the most intelligent of Marine recruits. Oswald had the skills to have guided AIR FORCE ONE into a safe landing at Dallas' Love Field Airport. "He was a good man on radar, there's no denying it" Marine Lt John Donovan, testifying before the Warren Commission. Oswald spoke at least three languages fluently: English, Russian and Spanish. He was also studying German as his own notes reveal. The lady who now owns the rooming house where Oswald had lived, knew Oswald when she was about 16. She inherited the house. She told the History Channel that when Oswald was living at the rooming house, she often heard him talking on the phone. He spoke both Russian (to his wife Marina, obviously) but also spoke to someone in Spanish (who could that have been?) Most interesting. Oswald supposedly 'defected' to the Soviet Union, and had managed to convince the Soviets to let him stay, when they could have simply returned him to the U.S. Mission Accomplished. He married Marina, a Russian, and had somehow persuaded the Soviets to allow her to leave the Soviet Union, when most Russian's had to risk their lives climbing over the Berlin Wall to get to freedom. Mission Accomplished. Finally, if Oswald had been JFK's assassin, he certainly succeeded, firing three world class shots. An Austrian, who won the gold medal for shooting at the Olympic Games, went on record as saying that he knew of only three men in the world who could have made the shots that Oswald supposedly did. If Oswald had killed JFK, mission Accomplished. It would seem as though Oswald had succeeded at everything he tried.

Good points. Strange though how they could not find a single friend. Even the strangest people I know have SOME friends. Perhaps what few friends he had wouldn't want to admit to it after the assassination.

They say that Oswald was anti-social and had no friends, but while living in the Soviet Union he had a good number of friends and was quite social. The Ziger family befriended him. The Ziger's were Jewish, and their daughter who knew and dated Oswald is still living. In 2015, she moved to Israel. Interviewed in Israel, Elanor Ziger said that she never believed he killed Kennedy. "Lee was too gentle to have murdered him," said Elanor Ziger @@cambellevans9945

It's Oswald rifle, there are photos of the rifle and him. Collaboration by his wife that the rifle was his. Plus, the day of the assassination he rode with his neighbor and he had a package the size of a rifle, just coincidence right. Also, the day of the assassination, the rifle is found with 3 spent cartridges on the sixth floor. His palm print is found on the rifle. He could have been wearing gloves. Plus he's the only employee unaccounted for in the school depository. He kills the police officer and is found in the theater with the gun. Witnesses saw him at the school book depository on the sixth floor and at the site of the PO shooting. I think it's more clearer now that he's guilty.

Not long after Oswald was in Russia, Francis Gary Powers was shot down by Russia, while on a U2 Mission. Oswald was not inarticulate, undisciplined or of below average intelligence. Oswald was part of a small group of a marine trained experts in the highly specialized field of radio electronics, radar and aircraft guidance at high altitudes. Oswald was meticulously screened to serve at the Atsugi, Japan and Subic Bay Air Force bases. Both bases were secret U2 training and operation bases. He had the capability to track and bring down a U2 Spy Plane. The day that Francis Gary Powers was shot down, Oswald was working at a radio electronics plant in Minsk, Russia. Oswald was sent to Russia by the CIA, assist Russians in shooting down a U2 Spy plane, to keep icy relations going between Russia and the USA. Oswald eventually decides to come home with his Russian wife ( her father is a GRU Officer) and the Red Cross pays for his transportation back. Nothing unusual about this. Lol
I recently went to the Sixth Floor Museum in Dallas. I photographed one of the letters that Oswald wrote to his wife in the Russian language. I sent it to a friend who is well versed in the Russian language and she said that Oswald wrote in Russian extremely well. Lee Oswald remained in New Orleans, and a day or so later took the bus to Mexico City. The one person on this planet who never put a rifle in Ruth Paine's garage was Lee Harvey Oswald. As Oswald's make believe lawyer, I have one question for the prosecution: Mr. Bugliosi and Mr.Posner Could you please provide for the jury the name of the person who put a Mannlicher-Carcano rifle in Ruth Paine's garage? The name please, it would be appreciated. I'm sure the jury would be interested in learning the name of that person.

@@davemitchell116 After the Walker incident, Lee and Marina moved to New Orleans. Marina testified that she saw Lee sitting on the porch of their home on Magazine St. with the rifle. If such were the case, how could the rifle be in Ruth Paine's garage, if Lee was holding it in New Orleans? Since Lee Oswald headed for Mexico in late September, 1963, while Marina went back to Dallas with Ruth Paine, my question still stands: Who put the rifle in Ruth Paine's garage? Dave, gimme the name!!! I don't expect to hear a reply from you.

@@davemitchell116 Dave, Oswald had the rifle in New Orleans. From there he went to Mexico City, while Marina went back to Dallas. If Oswald, who was planning to go to Cuba, stored the rifle in Ruth Paine's garage, he would had to have done so after returning from Mexico in early October. This means that he would had to have taken the rifle with him to Mexico City, However, to do that he would had to have crossed the U.S.-Mexican boarder with the rifle-twice-going to Mexico and returning home to the States. How could he sneak a rifle into Mexico without U.S. customs not knowing he had a rifle, or Mexican customs? Oswald took the bus to Mexico, and none of the passengers reported seeing him with a package the size of a rifle. Why would Oswald take a rifle with him if he was planning to go to Cuba? The Castro government would never have have allowed him into Cuba with a rifle!!! Finally, Ruth Paine would have stopped him from storing a rifle in her garage. As she told author Leo Savage in a filmed interview, "Being A Quaker, I would never have allowed a rifle on my property."

He was trained by the Office of Naval Intelligence in its "false defector" program, "defected" to the Soviet Union, and lived there more than two years. He'd actually accomplished more by the age of 24 than most people have. The CIA apread the theory, which this guy is repeating, that he'd never succeeded at anything to paint a false portrait of him as a disaffected Marxist who was "lashing out" at society. A paraffin test given to Oswald hours after the assassination to detect gunshot residue on his cheek and hand showed he hadn't fired a rifle in the previous 24 hours. He was, as he said he was, "just a patsy" in the assassination, set up months ahead of time by the CIA, to take the fall for its assassination of JFK.

She asked if he won the fight. He said no. His mother then drove away in disgust. He never had a chance. People who said he was a CIA operative are nuts. No one would work with this guy. No one liked him and he was erratic. He was also violent. He severely beat his wife repeatedly and couldn’t keep a job. He acted alone. He was like all other presidential assassins, a loner, deranged, with delusions of grandeur. Plus, I’ve stood at that window. It’s not a hard shot. I’ve shot deer from farther distances. People just can’t wrap their head around the idea that a guy shot two people from a window. It’s actually just that simple.

@@jasonmardoniomeza1711 yeah I doubt that they worked with him at all. The FBI did interview him regularly because he left the USA moving to the Soviet Union and back. He was an ardent commie during the heights of the Cold War. Im sure the CIA had files on him as well for the same reason. Both agencies kept files on many Americans who were controversial in one way or the other. It’s just no one would work with him. He was an unstable psychopath and often violent to those around him and with an unsound mind. His older brother kicked him out of his house for pulling a knife on family members when he was a child, he savagely beat his wife. He couldn’t keep a job. A psychiatrist when he was 13 said he should be institutionalized or have close psychiatric care because he was uniquely crazy and dangerous. He would tell anyone who would listen that he will be remembered in history. He’s exactly the type of person who would shoot a president and almost exactly like every other presidential assassin before him and every other person who attempted to assassinate presidents after him. There were 5 shots fired in total which means that a single shooter could not have done that in ether the 5.8 or 6.2? seconds . That was the conclusion of the Frank Church committee Assassinations hearing that there were at least 2 shooters and thus a conspiracy. "I would recommend the book Me and Lee by Judyth Vary Baker"
      Oh
      good
      gawd.
Yep, I should have known that's where you were getting this stuff from. I am guessing you have read less than one percent of all the criticism of Judyth Vary Baker made by many different assassination researchers, including quite a few on the conspiracy side. To say she is severely lacking in credibility is an understatement. One of the most respected researchers into the JFK assassination is Paul Hoch, and he had this to say about such accounts:
"I suspect that a useful measure of the plausibility of an allegation could be derived from the percentage of well-known names. If a source claims to have met with David Ferrie, Allen Dulles, and Fidel Castro in Jack Ruby’s nightclub, I’ll go on to the next document. Any post-Garrison story with Clay Shaw in it starts with a heavy burden of skepticism to overcome."
Judyth brought in quite a few such names, giving the impression that she learned about these people from reading conspiracy books, not from actually having met them in real life.
Then there is the earlier draft of a chapter in her book, Before the Silence Came: Lee’s Last Telephone Calls. Here is an excerpt:
      **********
Because time was so short now, Lee told me there wouldn’t be another call from him unless he reached Laredo.
“Lee,” I said slowly, “you didn’t say until. You said “unless.’”
“I apologize,” he answered. I heard him suck up his breath. We were both very close to tears. Outside, it was sunset.
“You’ll go to Cancun,” Lee said. “You’ll stay in a fine hotel. I’ll be there - if they---” We were both speechless.
“You know,” he said then, “if I don’t make it out- you have to go on with everything.”
“Oh, sure!” i said, bitterly. I told him that I would never allow anyone to replace him in my heart.
      **********
You may or may not catch a little problem here: neither Lee Harvey Oswald nor any other human on this planet would have said, in 1963, to go stay in a fine hotel in Cancun. There were ZERO hotels in Cancun until the 1970s. Prior to that Cancun was nothing but a bunch of sand dunes with a total population of perhaps five people, at most. When this little "oops" was pointed out to Judyth there was some rather amusing backpedaling in which it was at first claimed that Judyth had not written the sentence which contained the word "Cancun" but that instead it had been written by her co-author, Howard Platzman. But the draft had actually been sent *to* him for him to look over *before* he added any touches of his own.
Then, she claimed to have love letters that she wrote to Lee, but interestingly the name of the addressee was torn off each one of them. Here is a photocopy of one of them:
      web.archive.org/web/20160813051405/jfkassassination.net/judyth/letter.JPG
Unfortunately for Judyth's credibility the letters were later identified as love letters she had written long after the assassination to her ex-husband, Robert Baker.
Also in October of 2000 she produced a biographical essay of various things she had done in her life. Among them:
      **********
I've invented a new process for getting magnesium out of seawater, created
new uses for organic limolenes that take the place of phosphate-based
cleaning compounds, and wrote a three act play with original music with a
co-author, that was presented to celebrate the sesquicentennial of the
Mormon Church. Helped write lessons to improve the spiritual, cultural
and emotional levels of women in the church. Helped design LDS social
services publicity events, and LDS commercials and convention/fair booths.
Also broke up a witch's coven and uncovered its head warlock. Sent police
and a Mormon bishop to rescue, I am not kidding, a crippled virgin from
their midst, Judy Devries, who was going to be burned alive in a telephone
booth. . My family will verify this, too. Happened on Hazard St. near the
      Diablo Club in Houston.
      **********
Quite a "lively" life, it would seem. But elsewhere, in "Deadly Alliance," she claimed to have been in hiding during the same time period as many of the events described in the above essay.
The examples I have given are only the tip of the iceberg. There are many other examples of Baker contradicting herself, making outlandish claims, etc.

Oswald failed at many things but we know he did succeed in one notorious act. With no friends, and a severe mother incapable of affection, his youth must have been very isolating. His wife was the only one to show him love, but maybe Oswald's already damaged psyche couldn't handle that. Oswald had tried to kill before (ret. Gen Walker), so it's not surprising that his antisocial urges, or political fantasy, or some other demons or mental illness that festered just beneath the surface, would propel him to attempt another deadly act. IMO he idly saw the shot he would have from the TSBD (the motorcade route was released in the Dallas papers on Nov 18th), and the idea grew and eventually consumed him. It would be his way of vindicating himself. Oswald notably seemed proud or content afterwards; he seemed to enjoy the new found recognition of being the person accused of this horrific crime. But whatever satisfaction he got from it would be short-lived.

Now that we know more, it turns out there were 6 shots that hit JFK from 5 different directions.
Z206 -JFK hit in right shoulder from several stories high at downward 45 degree angle. Shallow bullet that came out on Jerrold Custer's x-ray exam table. It was done to be irritating, like a Saudi executioner with a sword tip to a convict's shoulder, to cause a reflex raising up of the head for the final decapitation stroke. Ammo by Chauncey Holt out of the CIA gun specialty shop in Goleta, Calif. In this case, it was a set up for the intended fatal head shot at Z220, which bungled into a throat shot. Compared to the true size of the Stemmons sign seen in Willis #5, the Stemmons sign in Zapruder is faked to be huge. The purpose was to cover up JFK being shot. Also, if you look at Zapruder's lens in Willis #5 you can see his camera saw under the sign and had a perfect view of JFK and the limo. But even though the sign from Zapruder's view was left to right only about a third or fourth the length of the limo, Zapruder's Stemmons sign is faked to cover up the entire limo almost at Z204. So since JFK went behind the sign uninjured we can be pretty sure he was shot in the shoulder at Z206, when per Zellerman at WCR 2:73 he exclaimed, "My God, I am hit." So we know his throat shot came later. The position of JFK's arms at Z222 indicates the throat shot came about Z220.
Z220- JFK hit in throat from southern grassy knoll, to JFK's front left. Uphill shot parallel to ground, so relatively horizontal angle of attack. Silencer shot heard by Tosh Plumlee (he was that close) and Plumlee even smelled the gunpowder. Shot was intended for the head, and to finish off JFK, but it bungled into the windshield then the throat. Umbrella Man nearby to signal for more shots if needed, as happened.
Z250- JFK hit near external occipital protuberance and bullet ended up between vomer bone and right eye socket, still inside skull. Instant unconsciousness, ergo JFK's hands and arms start falling from chin at Z251, 252, 253....until torso slumps forward and to the left. The timing of this shot is precise at Z250 because JFK's hands start their collapse at Z251 once JFK is no longer feeling any pain. Entrance wound seen inside Trauma Room One on Nov. 22 by Robert Grossman. Part of this entrance wound rediscovered along the edge of the Harper Fragment (photo format) by David Mantik in recent years, with a little smudge of what has to be lead scraped off from the passing bullet. This shot was nearly horizontal with only a little elevation, so it was probably from the second floor of Dal-Tex out of the Dallas Uranium and Oil Company window. This was a CIA front office. The spotter and radio man for this sniper was likely Eugene Hale Brading = Ed Braden, who was also at the RFK assassination in Los Angeles. In Dallas Nov. 22 Braden was caught with phony Secret Service Supervisor credentials but not recognized to be phony in time to arrest him.
Z286- JFK shot above right eye at hairline from the storm sewer drain opening 10 feet downhill from the concrete steps of the northern grassy knoll. 7-8mm hole seen by Tom Robinson, Quentin Schwinn, Paul O'Connor, and Charles Crenshaw. Bullet track full of mercury dum-dum globules and exit out at top of JFK's occipital bone. Exit hole visible if you get a good copy of Mary Moorman photo. Exit = 2 inch stubby crescent at JFK's cowlick area. Bottom of exit wound shows irregular white line, which is remnants of JFK's skull bone material thickness as just blasted open a few moments previously. Mary Moorman photo = Zapruder #316 as can be discerned from position of Bobby Hargis's plexiglass windscreen. Z313 has happened, but JFK doesn't have a big hole in the back of his head yet. Back to Zapruder at Z286= piece of JFK skull and hair above middle of Babushka Lady's shadow, and tenuous brain mist between there and JFK's head like Z314 passim. The piece of JFK's head sent flying above the Babushka Lady's shadow puts this shot at precisely Z286.
Z313- Massive shot from rear, with exploding dum-dum bullet = mercuric fulminate or lead azide. Precision of timing to frame Z313 extraordinarily obvious. Likely from roof of Records Building south of Dal-Tex across Elm Street. Hit at right occipitoparietal area. Exploded out right temple as a flap, like door to a breadbox. Opened at top, hinged at bottom. When first opened at maximum pressure, that's when JFK's brains and blood spewed upward as seen on Zapruder although Zapruder censors out 2/3 of the gore. As flap opened fully, Bill Newman thought he saw JFK''s ear shot off. He could see a hole and a cavity "big enough to place a baseball in there." Once all the slop (Z317 etc.) fell out, the elasticity of the right temporal aponeurosis flexed the flap back up (see Robert Schorlemer interview by Vince Palamara) and lots of blood pooled behind the flap inside JFK's cranium for a few seconds (see suicide of Pennsylvania Treasurer Bud Dwyer, done live on TV, with a .357 Magnum. This rifle bullet was an order of magnitude worse).
Z343- Shot from northern grassy knoll area hit JFK at right temple. 5mm wound seen by Tom Robinson (again), Dennis David, and Robert McClelland. Hit between right ear and right eye at the hairline. When it exploded it shredded right temple even worse and blew out the back of JFK's head with a 4x4 inch exit and a fountain of bloody brains and gore. That obliterated the entrance of the Z313 shot. The last two explosive shots were precise overlapping trick shots, so two shots could appear to be one bullet, one rifle, and one shooter when in reality there were two of each to confuse people. Likely shot from passenger train window seen in James Darnell film and censored from stills taken by Linda Willis's dad. The two figures in Z475 would be distractors with pull-string party favors to create confusing smoke and noise. They are at the fence line a little to the right of the yellow tree leaves. The back of JFK's head is intact in Z342, but there is a gouge there by Z343 when Jackie starts screaming, so the timing of this shot can be discerned with very good precision.
Once JFK got to Bethesda, Humes had a problem. Z250 entrance, Z286 entrance, Z286 exit, and explosive blaster holes = 5 holes to be explained by one allotted bullet. So downstairs at Bethesda Humes scooted everyone out of the morgue and got to work with something like a pliers. He enlarged the 4x4 hole [a couple dozen saw it at Parkland, as a fist-sized hole], into what Paul O"Connor described as a two-fist hole at Bethesda. Humes sawing and cracking JFK's skull was seen by Tom Robinson and Ed Reed.
There WAS a shot from behind, and there WAS a shot from the front. Those were the obvious dum-dum explosive biggies. And then there was Z250 from behind before that to a dead-end, and Z286 from the front out the back. The conspiracy to set up JFK and set up Oswald and kill them both was also a conspiracy to have Humes dummy up the evidence. It's just that in recent years new information has come out, so now we know better. Had the throat shot hit JFK in the head and finished him off, all the other shots would not have been needed and would not have been signalled for by Umbrella Man.
The throat shot, had it succeeded as a head shot, would have had the entrance at JFK's face or forehead enlarged by Humes to look like an exit. Then the claim would have been made that the bullet originated from the rear at TSBD and blew out JFK's frontside. That's why the Z220 shot was lined up from the southern grassy knoll to JFK's head to the book depository. All you need to do is trace a line from JFK's necktie knot to the bullet hole in the windshield. That line extends frontally to the southern grassy knoll source and backward to the book depository-- which was set up to be the claimed source.

LBJ's personal hit man was in the 6th floor TSBD Oswald perch. He was Malcolm Wallace and he even killed LBJ's sister for LBJ. An FBI witness counted 11 shots fired that day in Daley Plaza. LBJ hit the floor boards of his limo before the first shot rang out, because he directed the assassination and knew all about it. The 4 or 5 shooters were all supplied by the Texas Mafia. Every law enforcement agency in Dallas Texas was in on the conspiracy to assassinate JFK. LBJ's mistress spills her guts on youtube about who the conspirators were, who all attended the pre-assassination party at Cliff Murchison's the night before. Oswald did not shoot anybody that day. Oswald was set up months in advance and given a job in the TSBD so that he could be the patsy. 4 shots hit JFK. 2 separate shots hit Connelly who was a conspirator. 2 shots hit the limo. 3 shots went wild deliberately. Noted Author Gaylon Ross Sr lays is all out on youtube and wrote a book about it. Had either JFK kept the top on his limo, or not been wearing a back brace that kept him exposed in the limo, then he would probably still be alive.

A lady said that she saw Oswald eating his lunch on the second floor before Kennedy was shot. 2 women walking down the stairs after the shooting coming from the 5th floor said they didn’t see him pass them on the stairs. Then a cop and a supervisor saw him on the second floor when they were clearing the building. Man eating his lunch on the 6th floor said that he never saw him. There a lot of evidence that was left out of the commission, and I still believe to this day he wasn’t the shooter. They tested his hands for gun residue that came back negative, and they tested the rifle for prints and his wasn’t on the weapon. He would have had to be seen on the second floor eating his lunch, then run upstairs fire all those shots, wipe the weapon, run past the women on the stairs, and then be seen back on the second floor all within a couple of minutes. It doesn’t add up, but the evidence will be released in 2026, so we will have answers soon enough

Oswald makes the marxist sign while handcuffed, and one very revealing piece of footage, as Oswald is escorted from one office to another, he purposely stops walking as he passes each person in the hall and stares at them like he is saying, "Do I have your attention now?" All these people were media, with notebooks, cameras and all the rest. Very telling. When he murdered officer Tippitt, he mumbled, "Poor dumb cop", and acted very manic, like someone very proud of himself. Very proud of himself. "Yeah, the whole world is gonna know me now!
