If it was indeed Oswald how did he have time to run down 6 floors if the reporter went directly there seconds earlier? Bet he was simply looking to see what happened instead & did not fire a single shot.

@D Gh Sebastian Latona, a fingerprint expert at the FBI laboratory, examined the rifle, but concluded that no identifiable prints were present (Warren Commission Hearings, vol.4, p.21). No fingerprints were found on any of the three empty bullet shells found in the TSBD, or on the intact bullet still left in the rifle when it was found. Nor were any prints found on the rifle clip that held the intact bullet and into which the shells must have been loaded by hand (Warren Commission Hearings, vol.4, pp.253, 258-60).

@@metv2363 Oswald was owner of the gun who shot JFK. Oswald was working in 6th floor where shots have been shot. People working in 5th floor heard gun sounds coming from 6th floor. Oswald was the only person who left his work after assasination. Oswald already tried to kill other person. General Walker on spring in 1963 with his rifle. He killed police officer.

Pierce Allman says first shot from TSBD to almost on corner of Houston and Elm. Those X marks on road are further down Elm. Did this shot hit anything?

Go to 1:19 and listen to what is being said. How could that guy after hearing the *_first shot_* run across the street to the depository and pull the front door open and seen Oswald walking out the door…on the first floor…if Oswald was on the six floor shooting? According to all the reports, the elevator near the front doors had a mechanical problem, and was stuck on the fifth floor. Which required everyone to use the elevator and stairs in the back corner, which would had taken Oswald much more time to get to the front door. Would be curious if Oswald had a bottle of Coke in his hand when this guy saw him at the front door.
