November 24, 1963 - Dr. Tom Shires, chief of surgery, announces Lee Harvey Oswald dead

  • On Sunday morning, November 24, 1963, doctor Tom Shires was called to the emergency room of the Parkland Memorial Hospital, to assume command of the same doctors and nurses who had attempted to save President John F. Kennedy's life two days earlier. They were working on a patient with a serious gunshot wound to the abdomen.
The patient was Lee Harvey Oswald. But the blood loss was massive and fluids couldn't be replaced quickly enough, in part because Oswald was transported to the hospital in an ambulance with no paramedics and
no fluids. Despite everything the surgeon had learned about trauma resuscitation over the years, the operation was unsuccessful. He left the operating room covered in blood, donned a clean lab coat, and held
the news conference announcing to the world that Oswald was dead.

@@martym.6274 Totally agree. Nowadays, reporters are hired by the likes of CNN, despite the fact they’re just out of college and consequently have little real working experience with adults. Too many of these ‘feminist reporters’ see themselves as ‘social warriors’ who are ‘hell bent’ on first, making a provocative and contentious statement, followed by a hostile, leading question, such as “when did you last stop beating your wife.”
In addition the female reporters seem to be like dogs’ on heat’ as they screech out their ‘questions’ when in reality they are statements designed to snare the politician! No wonder the MSM journalists have little credibility as ‘professionals.’ Second hand car (used car) salesmen have more credibility! At least they do some bloody work!

They are biased, lazy people who don’t research anything, they simply have the story written before it happens. @@alwayslernin4400 another NO FACTS check, huh .... Jack Ruby, originally known as Jacob Rubenstein, operated strip joints and dance halls in Dallas and had minor connections to organized crime. He also had a relationship with a number of Dallas policemen, which amounted to various favors in exchange for leniency in their monitoring of his establishments. He features prominently in Kennedy-assassination theories, and many believe he killed Oswald to keep him from revealing a larger conspiracy. In his trial, Ruby denied the allegation and pleaded innocent on the grounds that his great grief over Kennedy’s murder had caused him to suffer “psychomotor epilepsy” and shoot Oswald unconsciously. The jury found him guilty of the “murder with malice” of Oswald and sentenced him to die.
In October 1966, the Texas Court of Appeals reversed the decision on the grounds of improper admission of testimony and the fact that Ruby could not have received a fair trial in Dallas at the time. In January 1967, while awaiting a new trial, to be held in Wichita Falls, Ruby died of lung cancer in a Dallas hospital.

I was 18 at the time, and we (my family) were watching one of the network stations, although I can't remember which one now. The station we were watching didn't capture the actual murder. We saw Oswald being walked into the area to be transferred, and then all of a sudden a bunch of people started pressing in on him. We did NOT hear the shot, just saw the commotion. I know one of the networks did capture the sound of the shot, but not the station we were watching. The first we knew what happened was when one of the people shouted that Oswald had been shot.

Back then it was common for families to find out deaths from hearing it on TV or radio, it wasn’t seen as being important for them to find out first to allow them the time to begin grieving privately. Ritchie Valens’ mother found out her son died because it was announced on the radio. Now we know how important it is to notify the family first, even though people still find out before the family. Such as when Kobe Bryant and Chris Walker died.

Several witnesses at Ruby's Carousel Club testified on film that the Dallas Police department had Special Treatment getting free and illegal drinks on duty and off when the witnesses worked at the Carousel Club. Anyone who did not comply was fired immediately by Ruby. Ruby knew over half of the DPD officers and also showed up in the Dallas Police Department over and over in press conferences, in no disguise, while Oswald was in the DPD custody. At one point in one of the News Films he even corrects the Officer in charge on how to say Oswald's name correctly!! It's outragious and obvious that they were on the take in the effort to silence Oswald!! Oswald was a CIA Asset and also worked for the FBI. He was the Patsy for the CIA assassinaton of JFK and knew too much and so Ruby, who he knew also, was hired to do "The Job". That twisting motion allowed the bullet to pierce or graze alot of his organs. You heard the doctor mention Oswald's spleen, pancreas, kidney, and liver. For a single bullet it did alot of damage.

Ruby knew over half of the Dallas Police Department and gave them "Special Treatment" at his Carousel Club, which included free drinks and free Mixed Drinks which were illegal for him to serve there. His employees were instructed to give the DPD royal treatment at all times if not they would be fired immediately. This is per several employees who testified to this on film. Ruby can be seen multiple times at Press Conferences in the halls of the DPD on video and at one point he even corrects the Officer in Charge on camera on how to say Oswalds name. He was stalking Oswald. Oswald was a CIA Agent Asset who they used as the Patsy to take the blame for the Crime of the Century. He also worked for the FBI as an Asset at times.. Why wasn't Oswald moved sometime during the night, and being that Dallas police. received many threats on Oswald's life, why did they allow ANYBODY to be present during the transfer ? They could have moved Oswald in a very stealth way. Their " stepped-- up " security for this most important suspect in the assassination of a president was practically non-existent . It was almost like they were inviting someone to come out of that crowd to do harm to Oswald....But that couldn't be, right ?...OR COULD IT? I maintain that the Dallas police guarded their car keys much more than they ever did Lee Harvey Oswald.. We're talking about seasoned police officers who should have known better This was either incompetence at its worse , or it was planned to happen that way. PICK ONE !

Of course the attendants had little if any medical training, it was basically lift, load and transport. Needless to say there were a lot of DOA's back then. He didnt breach security, he was a familiar face at DPD they all knew him, he had been stalking 'Oswald' from the start.

To all you readers out there in the years to come. No matter how hard you try, all you will see like this video is nothing more than unanswerable questions. In this instance of the above propaganda, here are many questions. Who is to say that the so called shot that Jack ruby delivered was not BLANK. Could a small pistol with a single bullet could really have caused fatal damage? How come no blood was on the floor? Why did ot the bullet penetrate through the body, perhaps hitting the policeman handcuffed to him? What was the true time frame of the ambulance entering the building and the call made to the despatcher? Did one not notice how quickly Lee Harvey was Ushered into the vehicle, ensuring the dirty deed took place behind closed walls. I think you all got the message. Overall over 30 people have been killed from the city of Dallas, all within a three year time frame. Starting from Kennedy, Oswald, Ruby, and all the other critical witnesses that gave or would have given testimony. The only two people that were spared from mysterious injury or unfortunate death were Jim Garrison and Mark Lane. All these questions are not pre0supposition conspiracy but facts as they stand. The city of Dallas should hang its head in shame because just like Al Capon left a residue of stench in the city of Chicago, so has the Dallas authorities left a stench for the next hundred hundred years or so ,so many innocent lives wasted all because of the sinister and evil plots of those who wanted to make a statement or a change. For all you guilty and treacherous bastards, Judgement time will come the second you pass from this life to the next. You guilty low life snakes (If you are still alive) need to ask yourself this question. Will I be eating at the same dinner table as Kennedy in the next life? Becuase if you are not on that dinner table, rest assured what the alterntive is going to be.

@@matthewberkin5924 i have no interest in politicking my further views via media commentary or books for that matter. I made the assumption that should JFK be eating in a dinner table with the good lord, let us all hope we can join him. however there is no guarantee that JFK is in heaven, its the mystery of faith., we all need to believe that salvation comes for all. Even for a clown like yourself. I would strongly suggest you focus on your own salvation, and worry about others in the next life, not this, because you seem to be a purist in that you believe what you see in front of a camera. A criminal law expert can easily see that this was a mock shooting, I will leave it at that.

Oswald was the patsy, he had to be silenced. Because, as part of the conspiracy, the Dallas County Medical Examiner had to be prevented from performing the autopsy, so it could be done at Bethesda Naval Hospital, so Johnson could control the content of the autopsy, so it would contain nothing which was in conflict with the official story, which was to be presented in the Warren Commission report, no one could be charged with Kennedy's murder. This was because it is the autopsy report which establishes in law that a suspicious death is a homicide; because the murder happened in Dallas County in the state of Texas, Texas law applied and the Dallas County authorities had jurisdiction. Therefore, only an autopsy report presented by the Dallas County Medical Examiner would have been admissible in court, and the report from Bethesda Naval Hospital was inadmissible.
Oswald would have had to be released, and the level of press and public interest in what he had to say would have been unprecedented. Everything he said would have thrown doubt on the official story, and he may even have known enough to implicate some of those involved in the conspiracy. For example, there is evidence, including at least one photograph, that Oswald and Ruby knew one another.
