I love George’s voice. I remember him as the amazing Heat Miser, mr green Christmas. So it’s nice to hear him give Halloween stories That second story blew me away, especially the twist 😱
Oh the memories of me and my sister reading this in a dark room with a flashlight, and the horror we felt seeing some of those drawings after turning the page too fast.
These books were genius. Really sad that Alvin Schwartz didn't make anymore of these since his death in 1992. "Scary Stories: A Tribute to Terror" is the only tribute book that feels like the original scary stories.
I’m almost 40 and I remember my teacher playing this audio book in 5th grade 96-97. It’s still as creepy 😂
I'm 18 and I remember all these stories as clear as day. Every Halloween we watched the audiobooks. I still love these still!

You know what I think, I think these stories are 5x scarier than the Goosebumps books.
Where is my Toe? YOUVE GOT IT

Hello Halloween 2023!
These books were genius. Really sad that Alvin Schwartz didn't make anymore of these since his death in 1992. "Scary Stories: A Tribute to Terror" is the only tribute book that feels like the original scary stories.
I discovered this back in middle school. used to scare the hell all the weight out of me.

It was probably during the great depression
