Hey Andy, love your channel. You missed out on Hodsock Priory just outside Blyth, amazing display of Snowdrops as I recall. My Grandmother lived in one of the beautiful old red brick cottages near the church, lovely memories thanks.
@@johnboynton1262 also the house near the church has an underground cave.....can't remember what was in it. Think the tunnels connected to the Angel Inn?
Ah damn! For a time I kind of knew him a few years ago. Totally forgot to mention him in the video. I used to be the guy that read the meter there every month, thats how I knew it was an art studio 😂
@@Rotherhamisdrivingmecrazy I did! To get to where I needed to go, I had to walk through the garage. Absolutely crazy what the guy had in there. Mustve been a million quid just in cars! Last I knew he was worth around £80m
Have you been to Wieston hall I’ve worked on that house as well that was owned by Richard Budge. It was rebuilt in the at some point but the stables are the only original part left. The village has some lovely houses.
I thought there was a bridal path right up to and past Serlby hall so it had access? It was a while ago so could possibly have been a permissive footpath that’s now been closed. Either that or I was in actual fact trespassing and didn’t realise......
The big white one was the old vicarage. The new vicarage is in a little cul-de-sac built on the grounds sometime in the 1970s.

When you turn left into Blyth Hall there are many underlying tunnels leading to/from the church, check them out.
That's interesting, I imagine they were to get access to and from the church from the priory
Be interested in seeing those. Where exactly is the entrance

Hahah! As far I know it's all private. The gates are done up tighter than a nun's you-know-what generally speaking
