I seen a built in, in another home video with custom built shelves on both sides and sliding barn doors. Im wondering if they could possibly do that in this home?
Since the tub is in a separate room, I would take it out and turn that space into another walk-in closet. Believe me, I need all the closet space I can get.
Dear Diva, Well done as always. ❤ I love your tours! This home IS BEAUTIFUL! I love it! Although I can't comprehend why manufacturers don't recognize the need for a coat closet! You have a home this nice, invite your guests inside, and then what? Throw their coats and belongings on the floor??? Or does it all go on your furniture??? There's nothing like wet coats hanging all over your chairs and furniture. Really classes up a place! It's like having a bathroom without a sink!!! Also, I would love to see a medicine cabinet-out of reach of little ones. I really like the porch, the fireplace, the kitchen and beams, and private soaking room! (You can have a private soaking room but have to throw your coats, hats, gloves, shoes, handbags, etc. on the floor.) I would like to replace the bench in that room with a space for makeup and a chair. I would also prefer a sink and place to fold in the utility room. I also agree with adding cabinets to either side of fireplace for storage. My two cents...
I’ve been in this house and it was only about 105,000 down here in Dothan,Al. I can’t remember the exact number but it was nowhere near 160,000. With that said it’s BEAUTIFUL. Go see it in person.

I noticed one thing,the island divides the stove and sink.I would not want to go around that island to empty hot pasta water,something to think about.Maybe the sink in that island.Other than that,this home is Gorgeous!

Love this home except the placement of the appliances in the kitchen. You have to walk around the island to get to the stove from the sink and frig. Some other cosmetic things I'd change but love the basic layout. Thanks for sharing.
