I have this home. The newer model has more paired areas. It came with a light camel color on most of the walls. Still has the white ship lap. We also took down the shelf in the living room that was an entertainment shelf and replaced it with a tall electric fireplace. We love this home. I would certainly recommend it. And it was also $20,000 less where I bought it from.

It was 55 beautifuls if anyone was counting. This is a very nice home. The beautiful's came in groups when she was describing really nice aspects of the home. It deserved more beautifuls. I have been trying to convince my wife that a nice mobile home is an option for us in the near future. She really liked this video, and she noticed how much the presenter in the video thought this home is "beautiful." My wife and I agree.

If you don't mind a minor correction....the lights that are In the ceiling are called recessed lights or sometimes "can" lights. Pendant lights are what you had just pointed out in the kitchen. They hang from some kind of cord. Like a "pendant" on a necklace. :D Also, the narrow windows above the master bedroom headboard are called transom windows, assuming they don't open. Depending which they open (to the outside or inside) they might be called an awning window or a hopper window.
I was thinking the same it comes in a four like diva said called the lula belle and I’d build a room on that back door beside the laundry for the oldest child or guest room as a fifth bdrn
There's not 1 thing I disliked about this mobile home. I loved everything about this. Absolutely adorable. Cozy. Sweet! Clayton homes are one of the very best mobile homes on the market. Well built. I've known a couple of people who have bought Clayton mobile homes.

@@billybradyjr6008 my in-laws house is the 3 bedroom. The changed the hall table out and something else I think. Father in law told me they got it for 105k. Maybe a discount here in the area of Texas where we had two floods in a yr.

Keep in mind that different areas have specials at different times. If you're serious about getting one go to a trusted Clayton homes dealer. Find an honest one because they arent all the same!
I saw you can add another closet, taking from other room but they still wouldn’t be that big. At least there would be a his/hers, or if your single you can have both! But I was super surprised that it didn’t have one of those massive closets
I actually understand that the master closet can go the whole width of the room if you take out the desk by the dining room and add the 2nd bedroom closet in that location,
I've had my eye on the lulabell....but I've fallen in love with the Tradewinds by....mind went blank. But I love the tradewinds model...can't remember the manufacturer. It's stunning!!

Very informative and helpful, you do a great job of showing detail and showing how beautiful they make these things any more. Has come a long way from what they used to be. Great job of showing the storage, that is so important when one looks at a Mobile Home or manufactured home.

Well, it is beautiful! It's one of my favorites too! I was trying to get a video tour that showed everything WELL and she did it. It annoys me when people don't open doors or don't go in closets etc. I thought for sure, this would have had a bigger walk in master closet. I was surprised by that but other than that, a nice design.

Never any coat closets when you enter these homes. We live north. We need a place for coats or they get tossed on chairs.

Total rip off. I've seen remodeled manufactured homes look like better farm houses. Not a nickle over $30k.
