Sir main Kolkata High Court At Jalpaiguri Circuit Bench main ek Contractual Employee worker hun.
Sir Mera behad hi mahatwa-purn doubt hai.
Central Government aur Territorial Army ka keya Act or policy hai, jo ki koi bhi department ke Employee ko permission deta hai services karne ka?
Aur agar Mera job ho jata hai Territorial Army me, aur mujhe Mera Department Permission na deta ho ya Allow nehi karta ho to keya kare? Keya judicial department me aysa prabdhan hai ke wo rok sakta hai?
Sir can TA officer join para (special forces) at the age of 28 if he fulfills all the physical standards....

Hi Mahesh, Yes you have the option to opt for permanent commission. Otherwise one has to go for a minimum of 2 months of service every year.

Hi sir, I am interested to write the exam of TA officer, however I need more information related to the condition of 'Gainfully employed'. Do I need to produce a NOC from my private employer ? What if the employer denies to give any such document?
Also would like to know what if I would want to change my primary job in future post joining TA? Do I need to inform my new company about my TA committment? Do I again need to submit a fresh nOC from the new company?
Can you please share a list of private companies which are allowing their employees to join TA without much hassle.

Bro we have also cleared TA from same venue (july19 Chandigarh) and same dates (pib also Chandigarh) but our ssb has not been conducted yet. Can u tell us the why is it so ? Are our written marks a criteria for SSB allocation ? Ye Bhai recommend bhi ho gye hmara ssb tk nhi hua
