As such no case had been reported about contractual employees eligibility in TA. But as per my interpretation, contractual employees are gain fully employees. Gainfully emploted does not mean only regular employees and no quantum of Remuneration/ salary. So u r eligible. Have a solid try. Gd luck

Being very less candidates recommended for SSB from PIB, so Army HQ generally does not give many slots/ options in TA commission SSB. Though u may make a request but I suggest you to avail first SSB dates to avoid any issue.

2months of service / ATC is recokned one yr of service but to earn next increment one has to wait for 12 months embodied service. Like one officer has been embodied full one yr ( 12 months in 2021 then he will get next increment in 2022 , on the contrary other officer completed 12 months embodied service in 6 yrs ( @2 months/yr during 2021 to 2026) he will get next increment in 2027.

There is no ceiling on any amount/ annual income . So submit what u had as annual income. As there is no condition of at least one yr prior to applying to TA commission
First timer has advantage in PIB and in SSB as they are yet to evaluated by the Board. Board/GTO keeps very soothing environment and encourage by giving some hints to get reply from u .

Dear, no body can predict future. Like in our time, it was twice in a yr like NDA/CDS but dropped for two yr, a separate entry in a yr was started for ex SSC officers for last few years. Let's hope for more entries

Yes one salary which is higher is allowed. Though some states offer extra like extra increment after three Annual training camp ( ATC) I.e haryana state and some offer like Basic pay etc etc

It is ur mistake without informing the dept, u applied for TA Commission. Now u will not be considered except ur dept reconsider ur application, so request ur top officer through ur association also to issue NOC
Sir I'm a merchant navy officer, i earn 2.85 lakhs a month, how come my shipping company will give the difference salary amount, moreover I don't need that money, it'll be not a problem for me even If i don't get paid for TA services. What are the clauses and how this thing can be sorted?
Good to know. U may claim of difference of salary from civil employer ( M Navy salary 2.8 lakhs - 80000Rs as Lt in Army/ TA= 2 lakhs) from Merchant Navy as per TA Act 1948. But in such cases private employer got annoyed and not ready to reliev u for longer duration. Though matter may be taken up by Army TA HQ with ur employer on ur request. If u r happy with TA salary then no issue. U claim only TA salary and writ to ur civil employer that u will not claim any salary/ difference of salary from civil employer.

Sir do the TA personnel get home accommodation if they enroll for permanent service same as regular army people get if their family is with them.

There is no ceiling on any amount/ annual income . So submit what u had as annual income. As there is no condition of at least one yr prior to applying to TA commission

First timer has advantage in PIB and in SSB as they are yet to evaluated by the Board. Board/GTO keeps very soothing environment and encourage by giving some hints to get reply from u .

@@shailjasharma03 u may join any good coaching centre for SSB once ur Written exam and PIB is cleared. By that time u should focus on writen portion and make strong ur national and international topics/news/development for Group Discussions. That would be handy to u at later stage for SSB

Dear, no body can predict future. Like in our time, it was twice in a yr like NDA/CDS but dropped for two yr, a separate entry in a yr was started for ex SSC officers for last few years. Let's hope for more entries

Joined TA at a age from where one could complete only 15 years of Service despite her willingness but due to retirement age one could not complete 20 years of service on case of officers

Yes one salary which is higher is allowed. Though some states offer extra like extra increment after three Annual training camp ( ATC) I.e haryana state and some offer like Basic pay etc etc

Initial engagement is of 7 yr . Though one may take resignation at any point of time on compassionate grounds.

It is ur mistake without informing the dept, u applied for TA Commission. Now u will not be considered except ur dept reconsider ur application, so request ur top officer through ur association also to issue NOC
Sir I'm a merchant navy officer, i earn 2.85 lakhs a month, how come my shipping company will give the difference salary amount, moreover I don't need that money, it'll be not a problem for me even If i don't get paid for TA services.
What are the clauses and how this thing can be sorted?
Good to know. U may claim of difference of salary from civil employer ( M Navy salary 2.8 lakhs - 80000Rs as Lt in Army/ TA= 2 lakhs) from Merchant Navy as per TA Act 1948. But in such cases private employer got annoyed and not ready to reliev u for longer duration. Though matter may be taken up by Army TA HQ with ur employer on ur request.
If u r happy with TA salary then no issue. U claim only TA salary and writ to ur civil employer that u will not claim any salary/ difference of salary from civil employer.

I understand it is not easy to win the confidence of a private organization/Boss but u have to do it. Moreover at that time request to Army/ TA HQ to detail u as per choices discussed with ur cuvil employer. 90 Percent cases mei manage ho jata hei. Yhi officer like quality hoti hei. Gd luck
