আপনার রেসিপি ফলো করে বেশ কিছু পদ বাড়িতে তৈরি করছি। বেশ ভালই হয়েছে। আজকাল তো সবাই স্বস্থ সচেতন, তাই কিছু কিছু পরিবর্তন নিজেই করে নিই। যেমন এটায় চিকেনের ফ্যাট কেটে বাদ দিয়ে তারপর রান্না শুরু করেছি। মাংসটা করার সময় আধ চামচ অলিভ অয়েল দিয়ে মাইক্রোওয়েভে করে নিয়ছি। আর দমের সময় মাত্র এক চা চামচ ঘি গলিয়ে প্রতি পারতে কয়েক ফোঁটা করে দিয়েছি। প্রণালী বলার সময় যদি ছোট করে পরিবর্তনগুলো বলে দেন বা একটা স্বাস্থকর রেসিপি (alternate healthier version)পোষ্ট করেন খুব ভাল হয়। আমি কয়েকটা করে দেখলাম একেবারে একই রকম খেতে না হলেও মশলাগুলো ঠিকঠাক পরিমানে পড়লে পরিবর্তনগুলো সুক্ষ হয় আর খেতেও ভালই লাগে।
আজ আপনার পদ্ধতিতে চিকেন বিরিয়ানি বানিয়ে ছিলাম।সত্যিই খুব সুন্দর ও সুস্বাদু হয়েছে।বাড়ির সবাই খুব পছন্দ করেছে।আর মাপটাও একদম ঠিক দিয়েছেন।অনেক অনেক ধন্যবাদ আপনাকে।ভালো থাকবেন।
আমি চিকেন বিরিয়ানি খেতে খুবই ভালো বাসি, বানাতে ও অনেক বার চেষ্টা করেছি কিন্তু মনমতো কিছু তেই হচ্ছিলো না আজ আপনার রেসিপি টা ট্রাই করলাম দারুন হয়েছে | অনেক ধন্যবাদ

আপনার রেসিপি ফলো করে বেশ কিছু পদ বাড়িতে তৈরি করছি। বেশ ভালই হয়েছে।
আজকাল তো সবাই স্বস্থ সচেতন, তাই কিছু কিছু পরিবর্তন নিজেই করে নিই। যেমন এটায় চিকেনের ফ্যাট কেটে বাদ দিয়ে তারপর রান্না শুরু করেছি। মাংসটা করার সময় আধ চামচ অলিভ অয়েল দিয়ে মাইক্রোওয়েভে করে নিয়ছি। আর দমের সময় মাত্র এক চা চামচ ঘি গলিয়ে প্রতি পারতে কয়েক ফোঁটা করে দিয়েছি।
প্রণালী বলার সময় যদি ছোট করে পরিবর্তনগুলো বলে দেন বা একটা স্বাস্থকর রেসিপি (alternate healthier version)পোষ্ট করেন খুব ভাল হয়। আমি কয়েকটা করে দেখলাম একেবারে একই রকম খেতে না হলেও মশলাগুলো ঠিকঠাক পরিমানে পড়লে পরিবর্তনগুলো সুক্ষ হয় আর খেতেও ভালই লাগে।
আজ আপনার পদ্ধতিতে চিকেন বিরিয়ানি বানিয়ে ছিলাম।সত্যিই খুব সুন্দর ও সুস্বাদু হয়েছে।বাড়ির সবাই খুব পছন্দ করেছে।আর মাপটাও একদম ঠিক দিয়েছেন।অনেক অনেক ধন্যবাদ আপনাকে।ভালো থাকবেন।
