- Enjoy this super easy, no sew, junk journal DIY tutorial video! Here's a list of the supplies you will need:
-Paper cutter or scissors
-Hard cover book
-10 pieces of cardstock
-A Crop-A-Dile tool (I purchased mine at Michael's)
-A box cutter or paper blade cutter
-3 rings (I used bronze, you can purchase them in my Etsy shop)

-Grommets or eyelets (I purchased mine at Michael's craft store)
*Optional: Washi Tape, sealer, and paintbrush

I love the idea of the rings because when you travel you can include postcards or advertisements or local papers from where you’re travelling! Your journals are lovely! Thanks for the tutorial! 🥰

thanks! It holds a lot, I would say easily 60-80 pages😍

Would a coat of mod podge work instead of the varnish? I just found your channel and am loving it!
So cute, great job! If I don't have a crocodile and would like to avoid buying one is there anything else you can suggest to make the holes in the covers? I know I can use a regular hole punch for the papers and cardstock but not sure of an alternate method for the covers. Thank you.

Is this the only way to create a junk journal out of one of these types of books that don't have signatures (the pages are sort of glued)?

I think the best way to reinforce holes is to use clear sticker hole protectors, im sure you can find some on amazon:)

I know this is an older video, however, you could not do this and resell, cherry? Due to copyright infringement? I love this look and have many books it would be great for but I could only use them personally or give them away, right?
