I agree with you on washing the "prewashed" produce I do the same thing! I love that you make everything from scratch and that you share the recipes. When I first went vegan I would buy the meat substitutes and I would notice my ankles would always swell after eating those items and it wasn't until I put two and two together and realized that all of those products contained a high amount of sodium. I now use a lot of your recipes and cook with fresh ingredients and my ankles and cholesterol are much better.

Quinoa and oats are pretty similar nutritionally. One is not healthier than the other. Both whole grains, high fiber about 13% protein and good source of b vitamins and many essential minerals. But I do like a soft chewy cereal 🥣 and it’s nice to change things up

Great video! To keep my home stocked with mushrooms, I purchase them 4 ways...fresh, frozen, canned or in glass jars. The canned and jarred ones are very convenient when I don’t have fresh on hand.

Wow, what benefit does liquid chlorophyll has for the body? I try to mix wheatgrass powder into my breakfasts but I never drank chlorophyll in that way beside green smoothies
I am curious as to why you buy salad mixes that come with add ins and dressing if you don’t use them. Wouldn’t it be cheaper to just buy the greens without the extra stuff?
Maybe it's more so for convenience. I do the same thing. Some of those bags have a combination of mixed greens that are not found in the usual salad bags.

Im SSSSOOO stuck in this traditional non-healthy way that i just cant seem 2 break the cycle! You shouldn't heat the chlorophyll...maybe switch to warm to luke warm water.
