I love how organized these guys do everything with the bare minimum with efficiency! I imagine that shop could be turned into a Rifle factory in 5 minutes with the lights turned down and the doors closed.... From Valves to Rifle barrels in the blink of an eye.. And every guy is already qualified and ready to go... Wearing only sandals..... Amazing how the powers above keep the people who actually make the products, down... Everyone of these guys are of the hardest working, never complaining, and probably doing the job to take care of another...... God help if they all got organized.. Anyway, ty always..

The two guys operating that arc heater and valve press are two of the most skilled mechanics I have seen so far.... They look like they are being punished... They should be more appreciative they are not the battery refurbishing guys melting lead on the ground wearing sandals...
I know they don't have million dollar machines, but they get the job done for their customers. plus many Pakistanis need jobs to feed their families. I applaud this company that hired these men.🕌
If you mean the Dunking...It was not Nitriding. The oil bath is a heat treating oil quench. They omitted the furnace heating prior to oil quench. The operator stood back 12 feet to avoid hot oil fire and spray. I am so proud and fortunate to live in the USA. Look at the machine operator working with loose ripped clothes and the cutter with no eye protection. These people have it tough. Too bad USA being sold out and deliberately ruined.
@@JM-lf4ws yup. I worked in development in heat treatment plant. Now in hi perf engines... I know that valve steel needs at least 1050 Celsius to harden good. And the difference between 850 Celsius and 1050 Celsius...its mind blowing. For me it was like a winter day to 1050 being AAAAHHHHH. And then throw a basket of 1050 Celsius hot into the oil....😈😈😈😈😈😈😈😈😈. As you say ...the fire and smoke are HELL. And we in Western countries get it sucked away and with good ventilation. Here....its: put the door open. We are blessed.....but like you said ..thr US is being sold out by the elite. Thinking only $$$$$. Look at what RWB is doing with Dart , Manly, Viktory valves, etc. Squeezing it like a lemon untill its dry and nobody gives a shit anymore. Then sell the remaining left overs in couple of years. Thats what I guess will happen.

I prepare tractor pull , moto-x , auto-x , roadrace , classic cylinderheads. Latest achievement , from a part of team of many, is crushing the lap record of Austin Healy at Classic Le Mans with 11 seconds. In 2018 a Shelby Mustang which was 15 seconds quicker than the next. Those results are not from making as big as possible ports but merely , or solely ,by increasing efficiency of combustion. In an engine design from the sixties. Tractor pull is a bit the same : engine designed to run 2500 rpm changing to 7000 rpm methanol , sometimes diesel, consuming monsters. Its a way of life flowing heads. And its lonely at the top. I am Based in the Netherlands .

Я думаю у них другой материал и термообработка. Вряд ли в Пакистане будут заморачиваться с производством выпускных клапанов вроде ЗИЛовских,с натрием в полости.

These are most likely Valves for diesel engines, the heat that these valves need to transfer is relatively low, sodium filled valves are usually used in high performance gasoline applications.
