That was some fun automation! Also, I discovered a while ago that if you accidentally choose a perk that kills you, you can go back to perk selection by quitting out of the game and going to the recover save option in the warehouse. The game seems to only save at end of day. And possibly start of day, but I have not tested that.
I think once you go into practice mode it does another auto save so you can't revert at that point.
Commiserations on the run kill. Tbf I thought you were insane to choose potato salad even before the lack of sink killed you.
Seems like you were getting too tired and frazzled near the end to make good decisions.
Also you could have used just one of your many smart grabbers to auto collect clean plates from your sink.
Also also if you tried reversing the autobus order from tables from bottom to top it might have worked.
In any case, thank you for a very entertaining series.

Ask the devs to add pancakes as a main.
It looked like you didn't chop the potato before trying to add water, but I can't say that would have changed the result if you couldn't get water from the sink. I don't know if order of operations make a difference in this case. Was good to see the long run, thanks for the videos!
OOO doesn't matter in this case. Unfortunately you have to have the basic sink to fill pots. As far as I know, the devs are aware that it isn't providing a standard sink and plan to fix it next update.
The game recognizes that you have a 'sink' - so much like when you already have ovens or hobs, it won't give you more
That's an unfortunate end to the run. Damn I was waiting for the tomato automation too

I thought I would hate this, but I think it's the Retromation flustration that's the secret ingredient. Still think Im digging the roguelites more, but this is way more interesting than I thought it would be.
What a way to have the run end! Good fun as always though. Would you consider leveling without posting and just come back when you have the new recipes? Either way, it's been amusing to watch. Thanks for the content.

There was already a standard sink (the thing that was needed) in the top left corner. I didn't see when he got rid of it.
I wonder if you can place the scrubbing brush in a combiner in front of a sink to make them interact and automate washing?
I still love this series and would hate for it to end. I'd understand, but I would be sad.

I love the theory crafting part of this game sadly I only game when I stream and I tend to only play games Iike last epoch you should try it too but not your game type for what you put up on TH-cam
You really need to just move all the crap you don't need outside the kitchen. It seems to be a huge stumbling block for you when you're automating. Like all the copiers could go almost anywhere
