Interesting but looks to take a wide footprint and there is no garage or carport yet. The outdoor living perhaps not as inviting as other designs. The placement of the barstools in the front of the house something I have not seen before but that might make your place where all the neighbors come hang out, so neat idea. It has a very nice commercial feel with the tall doors and windows. I am not sure about all the space for kitchen though. I applaud your creativity, well done.
Its more of Contemporary, not a Modern house that you could live permanently. 2 Kitchen lol and Dining 6 people only?. Birthday, Guest.. How can you host such a thing with that layout in Center of the House its full of walls, feel like maze.. I like the layout of Bedroom, But the Center need to be open layout and 1 kitchen with full large Island..

Em thuyết phục giỏi nhỉ. 😅😅😅 Nên Nghề Xây Dựng làm nhà mới cho em. Ở lại chơi , đến thăm định kì . Chọn sống khoảng thời gian tạm thời để sống tiếp khoảng thời gian dài về sau.
