Sohla is a superstar. Incredibly creative, a winning attitude, and no ego (unlike most people on these shows). They need to appreciate her and PAY HER PROPERLY!!
I have the feeling she was hired as a recipe tester and not as an on-camera talent. Its not in her contract to get paid for videos, she just weaseled her way into a bunch of them. She needs to wait to renew her contract.

Maybe they started filming this before the lockdown and and hence couldn't finish it

Maybe because of the lockdown, they need to stretch the raw material by including some shoot that normally left out. Hence its split into two part and not necessarily because the challenge is harder than any other challenge.

Katie Hockley Someone on another video suggested that Sohla be given the opposite of “Gourmet Makes” where she is tasked to make something pedestrian and normal, but take it to the furthest limits and still be true to the original, and then have everyone try to guess before they taste it what it is.

Ben Baker fun fact, a burn is caused by a rapid and drastic change in temperature coming into contact with skin! Therefore, both cold and hot temperatures can cause a burn. (Which is why we wear oven mits to handle both a hot pan and dry ice!)
