I was thinking the same throughout the video. It would be great if BA gave her a regular show or the same show, but every episode she has a fellow chef and both of them equally contribute (although I know Claire is gonna boss them around lol).
@Fe Car It would be interesting to see the series branch out a bit. The reason they started with Claire was because she has a background in desserts and breads (as a pastry chef, I think) but they could easily branch out with other chefs.

Having Rick there at the end made me realize Claire is too hard working for her own good, meaning she doesn't necessarily go for the easiest solutions. I bet if Rick wasn't there she would have painstakingly airbrushed every single jelly bean. I wish she had people to bounce ideas off of more often.

She told him to come back to play that game again. And the only other time he came back that day was 19:47, when her stuff wasn't ready, and things weren't going well, so she told him to come back later. The next time was 3 days later. So her asking him to come by every hour wasn't relevant by then. They both probably forgot about it by then. Remember we're watching a highly condensed version of something that took weeks to accomplish.
