As a Houstonian battling through this storm, I can't put into words how much this song means to me. After days of uncertainty sitting in our homes and fleeing for our safety, watching this really just made me cry. This is beautiful. The outreach and outpouring of love those who did not have to do anything brings such emotions to my heart. We can't thank you enough.

And then the hurricane came and all the happiness and excitement went away, and these last 10 days have been so gloomy and horrible just watching everything unfold on tv and right in my backyard. That's why i shed tears watching this, because it just renewed my hope and lifted up my spirits to help me/us get through this storm! Made us all emotional this morning when we were able to hear it. I've spent the last few days soaked and helping family and friends get out of their homes/off their roofs. My neighborhood is underwater. It was nice to hear people from across the U.S cheering for us and sending prayers. Don't feel so alone now. Time to bounce back on our feet.

I was there at that concert. I remember traveling from the Florida keys to Miami to see this concert. Then soon after hurricane Irma hit us, during that i remembered this song. A hurricane can destroy our stuff and tear apart our lives, but it also brings together people. People from around the country sent us supplies and traveled here to help us out. It’s was amazing to see total strangers help people out as though they were lifetime friends. I can only assume it was the same for the people of Houston. My prayers are sent over there because even though the hurricanes are long gone the damage was severe and it will take a while for everything to go back to the way it was. I love Coldplay and I remember that concert and how amazing it really was.

I'm from Aransas Pass, which is just about 10 minute drive from Rockport (where it made landfall), 30 minutes away from Corpus Christi, and about 3-4 hour drive from Houston. My whole little town lost almost everything, and a bunch of my family and friends lost everything too. I was lucky to still have a standing house but it was still heartbreaking to see the devastation surrounding my own house. It's been a rough few weeks but as soon as I heard this song, I sobbed from tears of joy to see my favorite band send love to Texas. And my small community has been enlightened by others helping others and people volunteering and donating to help. Even through this time of hardship, I feel the love. I see the love and the kindness that is spreading. I have never been so proud to be from Texas than I am now. #TexasStrong ❤🇺🇸

As someone living on the side of Houston that got one of the heaviest amounts of rain, I'm so glad that my house didn't get flooded. I guess I've got good drainage where I live, but I know that some of my neighbors here, just a mile away have their houses flooded, so I guess I'm one of the very lucky ones too. As a fellow Houstonian, I cannot put into words how much this song touched my heart. I am so grateful to all who are helping those in desperate need of food and shelter. To see such love and support from across the country, right down to my own neighbors, I thank God for the gift of being able to help one another in the hour of deviation. After 5 days, I was finally able to catch a glimpse of the sun...even though it was brief, the feeling was overwhelming. That was my light at the end of the tunnel. Once again, I cannot thank everyone enough for all your love and support, you all are our light 💛

As someone living on the side of Houston that got one of the heaviest amounts of rain, I'm so glad that my house didn't get flooded. I guess I've got good drainage where I live, but I know that some of my neighbors here, just a mile away have their houses flooded, so I guess I'm one of the very lucky ones too. Anyways, thanks for making this great song for my neighbors and others in Houston who did get hit really hard and lost their homes and cars.
Coldplay at Houston was gonna be my first concert ever. We counted down the days with so much excitement. This song helps fill the huge hole left in my heart. I love you guys so much, i hope you can re schedule now that hurricane Harvey is gone. 😔❤️

Chris has such a beautiful, rememberable voice that I can never forget. Every single time he sings automatically makes me happy. The way Jonny plays his guitar is amazingly perfect that makes me wanna learn to play the guitar so badly. Will and his drumming is in a perfect, phenomenal rhythm and volume. Guy's bass is litturely unforgettable.
