I air fried the potatoes to get the crispiness. Then I added them to the beans right towards the end and cooked on low for 3 mins. I also added some eggplants diced into fries type shape. Turned out great!

I didn't have green beans at the moment but I followed your instructions and used simla mirchi instead of beans, the aloo and simla mirchi sabji turned out very tasty and had a nice aroma 👍
