ingredients:-
3 potato
.150 gm beans
1 onion
1 tomato
2 green chilli
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/4 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp degi mirch powder
salt to taste
1.5 tbsp mustard oil
1/4 tsp garam masala powder
chop coriander
1.5 tsp chop garlic
1.5 tsp chop ginger
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1 pinch asafoetida
