I replaced the battery like you, but after replacing the screws, the space bar is affected and can't be pushed. What do you think the problem is? How can I fix it in you opinion?

im thinking one of two things
1- a screw under the keyboard is screwed in too far
2- When it was flicked upside down some dust/crud got stuck under the key
