- Today I review the brand new 2022 Chevy Traverse and discuss over 20 cool and interesting features, quirks, and Easter eggs of this over $50,000 mid-size 3 row crossover. This one specifically is the 2022 Chevy Traverse RS; however, a lot of what I discuss is either standard or available on other trim levels of the Chevy Traverse so I suggest you stick around to learn about all of the cool features of this crossover. On my 2023 you can fold the mirrors in when you lock the car with the FOB. Long press the lock button, the car locks and the mirrors fold in

Thanks for a great video! I’m a new 2022 Traverse LS owner. It would have taken me awhile to find all of this out. I’m sure I’m missing half of these features because of the standard package. I’ll find out though.

You can fold side mirrors w/ remote control by holding lock button for a few seconds.

I haven't played around very long with this but it didnt work with my RS trim... maybe there is a setting that i need to turn on first ill have to take a look next time im in it.

just got my 22 at the end of aug. I ordered in January. you are right about the voice liked other one better. the front lights on the bottom I thought was fogs but they're not figured that out this morning I look at it and think I'm looking at the green truckster on vacation. have yet to try the itellibeam at night. but all around i am glad I have the auto stop button to use. I hated that ony 19. love my traverse!!!

@@joannefeliciano2699 paid MSRP build an RS in red add sunroof and the floor liner package that's what I paid plus the normal tax and stuff for your area
The 8" screen is the perfect size for a vehicle by far and chevrolet nailed it. Anything bigger than that is just useless as it just doesnt make full use of the screen. The touch screen is very snappy quick making it that much more usefull to quickly get to where you want to get to on the screen.

I believe it is in the dashboard behind the glove compartment

What is the "A" button on the blinker handle used for?
I believe it was for the automatic high beams on the headlights
@@SchwayZ if that's the case, I can't figure out how it works on mine. 2019.
@@rtcullum I have the same button on my Encore GX. Push the button while the headlights are on and you'll see an indicator light on the instrument panel showing it's active. For whatever reason the auto headlights will not switch on if you have your fog lights on.
Nice overview. The MISSING feature that really bothers me on these is not having head restraints for middle passengers in the 2nd and 3rd row. To not include such a basic safety feature is inexcusable in a family vehicle. I don't think anybody but GM has omitted those in well over a decade and it's disappointing, because other than that I really like this thing.

I agree they are great looking SUVs but you never mentioned that they are the worst pieces of shit ever made. This is the most problematic vehicles ever made... Don't trust me, just do your own research.
