Ma'am thank you for this video but Iam having a tight left ankle so that the whole body weight is managed by the right leg. This causes problems in aramandi posture as well as muzhumandi posture. Iam not able to do the Mandi adavu,as it requires stronger legs and perfect weight balance. Can you suggest something?
