  • What mobility is needed for us to do a proper araimandi?
    What plays a major role in getting our araimandi open are the muscles in our hips, and ankles.
    We just think of our inner thighs and often forget the muscles crossing the front of our hip joint.
    Ankle mobility is also very important (video wasn’t long enough for me to cover this 😁), and we need our shoulders to also be open so we don’t have them up in our ears.

    These three postures help us to strengthen our pelvic joint..malasana..butterfly.. laying frog posture..
    U r marvelous ma'am..yoga postures help us for dance moves.. highly beneficial 🙏🙏🙏

    I do all of these but the butterfly on the floor I'm unable. I'll try to see videos on how to do it. Keep trying but that exercise is the best.

    Ma'am thank you for this video but Iam having a tight left ankle so that the whole body weight is managed by the right leg. This causes problems in aramandi posture as well as muzhumandi posture. Iam not able to do the Mandi adavu,as it requires stronger legs and perfect weight balance. Can you suggest something?
