Can you explain the benefits of doing rehabilitation exercises with medium intensity(further from failure) and high frequency, high intensity but fewer times a week or high intensity and high intensity but for just 1-2 sets a day. What is usually the best approach to heal from a sholder injury that appeared it time
I think it's because you need to have full control of the exercise - when we get tired or the weight is too high, we usually lose some of our technique putting us in higher danger of injury in general and especially if you already have an injury which impacts the mechanics of a given joint.
