Where were you when I needed a transfer to your hospital the year this video was made I was denied a flight to your hospital until I reached 24 weeks. I ended up giving birth a day too early for your standards. I would have given anything to put my son in your NICU to give him even a percent of survival chance and I would have taken it. You play god deciding what life is worth attempting to save and what is not. If a baby is born alive you should do anything in your power to keep it that way regardless of gestational age

I absolutely believe that many premature births are due to the mother having had abortions during their lives, the cervix and/or uterus is damaged by scar tissue therefore making it difficult for the cervix and/or uterus to sustain the burden and weight of a growing child in the womb, the muscles just can't handle the weight!
